Located in the arms of the beautiful Lefkada olive grove, a complex - painted in the color of the olive leaf - is located in the middle of a large, green estate of four (4) acres, paved from end to end with grass and colorful flowers and lush with centuries-old (from 1510 AD) olive trees. The combination of simplicity, cleanliness and functionality make the apartments elegant, but also the whole complex a place of peace, shelter of peace, tranquility and unforgettable holidays. Our accommodation is located at a distance of six hundred meters (600 m.) From the famous and beautiful beach of Agios Ioannis (the beach of the town of Lefkada) and just 1 km. from the city of Lefkada.

The hosts of the complex have the will and experience to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. This can be seen from the comments of the visitors. The complex operates from May to October, offering it's services and its unique hospitality.

The complex also includes renovated studios (single roomed apartments), fully equipped, all on the ground floor with a paved yard, which in combination with the enclosed garden and grass, they provide the maximum safety necessary to be an ideal place for kids to play carefree.

All studios – ruled by the green of the olive leaf and the grey of calmness – are comfortable (35 m2), well made, specially taken care of, decorated with taste, fully equipped with a built-in kitchen, autonomous built-in induction hobs (for increased protection), a small fridge, a TV, air conditioning, furnished with one double bed and two single fixed beds, mirrored vanity table, Wi-Fi and an outdoor sitting area, ideal for a delicious breakfast beside the green carpet or for relaxation after an afternoon swim in the sea or for a romantic night accompanied by the quietness of the night.

* Reservations are made by e-mail. In order for a reservation to be valid, the visitor must prepay a deposit of 20% of the total amount. Cancellation made 30 days before arrival is without penatly. If the cancellation is made later, 50% of the total amount is withheld and if the visitor has paid and does not turn up, the entire amount is withheld.
