OUTSIDE
A steep drive leads up from the village of Agios Nikitas to the appartments PEFKO and ILEX. Situated of different levels, natural stone walls, olive trees, shrubs and climbers surround each apt. to create privacy.

Villas Morea and Sparto share the same swimming pool with Pefko and Ilex appartments (12m x 6m, 0,8 -2,00 depth) . The large patio has patio furniture, a cloam oven and a BBQ.

Prices are in euros per week including all taxes, cleaning and linen (once a week, including changeover day), pool cleaning, gardening, and internet.

Electricity is free up to 80 kWh / week. More than 80 kWh the cost is 0.45 Euros / kWh.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED: One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib.

One older child or adult is charged EUR 18 per person per night in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds is 1.
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

PETS : Pets are allowed on request.
