In a village called Apolpena, just a 5-minute drive from Lefkada Town is the beautiful and brand new Villa Nikoleta. Surrounded by the lush green forest scenery Villa Nikoleta offers great landscapes for you to admire and bring you calmness and serenity. The convenient location of the house will make it easy for you to visit as many as possible locations that you have scheduled. The main road in the front leads you to famous beaches such as Agios Nikitas, Kathisma & Porto Katsiki while from the opposite direction you are just 5 minutes from the center of the island where you will find shops in the main shopping street, tasty restaurants, the lovely harbor and marina, and of course the small alleyways you will really enjoy exploring.
Indoor Area
When you enter the Villa you walk into the open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living area blends in harmonically with the modern kitchen from where you have direct access to the front veranda and pool. On the same floor you will find one bedroom with a double bed, a familybathroom attached and also direct access to the exterior dining area and the pool.
Walking up the stairs on the first floor you will find the other 2 bedrooms its one with its own bathroom with shower. One of them has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The balcony with the breathtaking view of Lefkada town and Ionian Sea connects the two bedrooms.
Outdoor Area
Alfresco life at Villa Nikoleta in Apolpena, Lefkada consists of a private swimming pool and amazing panoramic sea views of the Ionian Sea. Its always a pleasure to have a garden and grass area with outdoor dining and that’s all part of life at Villa Nikoleta. There are plenty of outdoor areas for everyone of all ages to have their moments of privacy.
The location of the Villa is also ideal for hiking mountain bike, horse riding and also for windsurfing, and kitesurfing at Agios Ioannis Beach just 5 minutes drive from Villa Nikoleta.

The villa is in an excellent location with a beautiful view of Levkas. It is on a hill, so with a pleasant wind, it is the right place for vacation during August. The host is professional with service and recommendations for every need. The villa is well equipped with everything you need, including beach umbrellas. Recommendation from two couples and four children who had a great time :)
