Our Villas are situated on Lefkas island on the West coast of the island. Just fifteen minute drive from Lefkas town and two minutes from the pretty seaside village of Agios Nikitas.

Milos Bay Villas is a small private complex of 7 villas, 3 Modern and 4 traditional, each with their own private pool and situated in the most secret and secluded beach of Greece. Carved into the cliffs above the truly un-spoilt beach of Milos on the West coast of Lefkas. They were built on two facing platforms, capturing the best of the stunning views over the Mediterranean. A private staircase of 148 steps cut down into the cliffs takes you down to what is virtually your own private beach. Even in the height of summer the only other access to Milos beach is from Agios Nikitas village, by taxi boat or a difficult footpath. This will not be an ordinary holiday. This will be an experience to be remembered and repeated for years!

They have their own private pools, superbly designed with decking areas for sunbathing while you overlook the stunning blues of the Mediterranean. The pools are very close to the villas, so that children can be kept an eye on. And there are sunbeds, chairs and a large table with 2 parasols beside each pool. On a warm afternoon you can enjoy your meal on the large terrace in front of your villa and contemplate the unforgettable sunsets and the panoramic views of the finest beach in Greece.

All villas have been built to a very high standard, offering the up-most in comfort and style.

The ground floor you have the fascinating living room that offers beautiful sea views from every corner, due to wall sized glass sliding doors.
The room is elegantly furnished with comfortable sofas from where you can enjoy the beauty that surrounds you or just watch your favorite TV programs. A dining area is set on the other side of the room with a modern 7 seat dining table. An open-plan kitchen is perfectly integrated in the living room . The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances so you’ll enjoy preparing your favorite dishes with a view.

One double bedroom is located on the ground floor. It is fitted with two single beds, has large wardrobes and glass sliding doors which drive to the terrace and let the light invade the room. There is an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi column.
Going a few stairs up, next to main entrance, you have the second bedroom, fitted with a double bed, large wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. Also with sliding glass doors and a big balcony which face the fantastic beach and the sea below.

Third bedroom has one king size bed and is located on first floor, has large wardrobe, a lounge area fitted with two armchairs and a coffee table placed near the glass door that opens to a lovely terrace from where you can admire an amazing sea view. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom , fitted with Jacuzzi and high quality accessories.

Above the villas there is a large car parking area for your party's use.

We recommend a car for the Milos Bay Villas, so that you can explore the whole of the beautiful island, though the local village is just a 10 minute walk away.

LEFKAS nestles away in the center of the main Ionian Islands and is the only island linked to mainland Greece. A swing bridge gives easy access by road, with the newly extended and refurbished airport of Preveza about a 30 minute drive. The island and the surrounding area has a lot to offer, anything from sailing, windsurfing, cycling, scuba-diving, walking, exploring ancient archaeological sites or just that lazy beach holiday.

You will probably find some of the most picturesque views around, looking out from the calmer waters of the East coast overlooking the famous Onassis island of Scorpios, the other islands and mainland Greece and in contrast, on the west coast you will find the best beaches and most spectacular sunsets.

Groceries and tavernas can be found in the village of Agios Nikitas, a 2 minute drive away... or just a ten minute walk!

The villas are available from 2pm on the day of arrival Guests are requested to vacate the villas not later than 11 am on the day of departure. We will try to be as flexible as possible. This will depend on each individual case and other bookings. If we are forwarded travel details, we will try to accommodate guests with difficult flight times. Luggage storage is no problem.
Changeovers on Sunday or Saturday (in principal). If bookings allow it can be flexible
