VILLA ROCCA IS ALMOST ON THE SEA!!

Without crossing any street take the path beside the house and get in few steps to an almost private, cosy beach!!

Built in 1860 it's a stone and wooden house, which still has the old ceiling and some of the old doors, windows and such, without giving up to confort and sobriety.

At the entrance floor, open-plan kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar.Smal bathroom with shower.Living & dining room with double sofa bed, sleeping 2, and a sigle sofa bed, leading to large garden & terrace and a to small cosy back yard.

Staircase with handmade iron banisters leads up to a cosy hall with a sofa bed,.
One double bedroom (Bedroom 1) with ensuite bathroom with shower (Bathroom 1) with spectacular views of the sea.
Other bedroom (Bedroom 1) with 2 single beds, wich can be united in one, with a view to the garden terrace and a second bathroom.
The main entrance from the wooden gate through a garden with an almond tree, wine plant and flowers is private with a beautiful pergola and a table for superb breakfast.

Villa Rocca has its own private spaces, and high standard of comfort and special care to the character of the house with exposed wooden ceilings, very elegant choice of furnishing and distinctive blend of colors.
