VILLAS CARISMA are nested on a hill surrounding Sivota Bay, just a few minutes away by walk. These original charming villas, surrounded by Olive trees, offer a peaceful view on the bay of Sivota. These villas are great choice for groups who prefer privacy; nature lovers; adventurers and sea enthusiasts!

An outdoor terrace with a pergola to protect from a strong sun in the high season, as well as a curtain system to reduce the wind in the evening allow you to enjoy a nice breakfast/lunch/dinner with the scent of local herbs and flowers. A lovely pool area with an outside shower and comfortable sunbeds; an infinity pool with oxygen active treatment will make your holiday restful and enjoyable! A large parking spot allows up to 6 cars parked just below the villas.

VILLAS CARISMA are composed of two separated villas - Villa Cristina and Villa Giancarlo - just next to each other. They are built in an identical style; offering comfort and space for everyone.
Both villas are fully equipped and airconditioned; composed of 3 bedrooms - two with double beds, one with two single beds; plus an extra room with one single bed in Villa Cristina. 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet in each villa will give you the necessary comfort to enjoy your vacation. The cleaning team is taking care of the pool and the villa cleaning twice a week. Extra cleaning is possible on request.

A Wifi internet connection is going through a 3G Router and a system of prepaid card. One card including 5Gb of datas valid for 7 days is offered by us as part of a welcome package. Any extra card provided will be at cost.

VILLAS CARISMA are great villas for a family and friends vacation. Professional conciergerie service is available during your stay. Jerome, our property manager and his team will welcome you upon your arrival and answer all your questions and give you useful tips about the Island.
Besides our 24/24 availability, we can assist you with all your activities, such as cars rentals, boats rentals, babysitting, chef at home, massages, yoga, mountain biking, sea-kayaking, scuba diving, hiking or any other.
