The spacious lawn & veranda expand on the beautiful views the house has to offer. Stone-paths through the garden areas lead to a pool & outdoor kitchen. The house have been renovated and updated in 2022, integrating its island charm with modern conveniences. Villa Orama is private with ample parking, and is ideal for families or groups up to 9 people.

Planning essential needs and activities/excursions can sometimes be stressful, and takes away what you SHOULD be doing while vacationing in beautiful Greece: Relaxing. Let us help you find essential necessities prior to your trip, such as transpiration during your stay (shuttle taxi/bus from airport, car rental, etc.). We will help you find all the activities that Lefkada has to offer, from Paragliding the mountaintops in Exanthia, to day-sailing on a private yacht!
We can also have other amenities arranged upon request (for a fee). These include, but are not limited to:

- The indoor living quarters is divided between two levels:
The lower level includes one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a secondary bedroom and a separate bathroom.
The upper level consists of two bedrooms and bathroom, along with a spacious kitchen and living room.
- Outside, just off the kitchen and living areas, there is a large front veranda with amazing sea sunset views. The upper level bedrooms have views of the pool and garden areas, where the outdoor kitchen can also be found. All outdoor areas are surrounded by beautiful rock walls, gardens, and the beautiful natural landscape of Lefkada.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS:
To finalize your booking, we request a minimum deposit of 30% of the total amount. The remaining balance of the rent is due no later than 30 days before your Arrival Date. Payments can be made via bank wire transfer (IBAN) or Cash (when applicable).
In the context of the health crisis caused by COVID-19, we offer you the best possible cancellation conditions for your stay in this Luxury Villa in Greece.
