On the lowest level, bathed in day light, there is a big studio with a fully equipped

kitchen, one master bedroom with playroom, a private bathroom and a fitness centre.
Outdoors there is a private infinity swimming pool of 50 square meters with salty

water, 2,4m high depth and 1,1m low depth and decking all around the pool area.

A dining table under the pergola will allow you to build unforgettable memories having an exquisite meal under the night sky next gazing the picturesque bay of Sivota.
