Villa SERENA is a combination of modern and classic and with its comfortable and elegant spaces it gives its guests a sense of euphoria and calm. With an area of 123 sq.m., it extends on two levels with the pool dominating the outdoor area of the living room and the kitchen.

In the open space of the ground floor there is a fully equipped and modern kitchen with the wooden dining room dominating in the center. The same space is completed by a comfortable and tasteful living room that creates the feeling of relaxation as the eye is lost in the view between the pool and the olive grove. A comfortable bedroom with its own private bathroom completes the image of the ground floor.

The marble internal staircase leads to the first floor of the villa where you can find two spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom of high aesthetics. On the large terrace upstairs and under the shady pergola one can enjoy the view of the city sitting in the comfortable lounge.

The villa can accommodate 6 people in the three spacious bedrooms (in each one there is a Queen Size double bed), while if necessary there is the possibility of accommodating 2 more people on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

The outdoor area is dominated by the pool with comfortable sunbeds and comfortable poufs offering moments of coolness, relaxation and sunbathing. In the comfortable dining room of 6 people right by the pool you can enjoy your breakfast, food or coffee.
