We offer accommodation in 2 newly constructed luxury private Czech-owned villas on the southeastern part of Lefkada, the most beautiful Greek island, 3 km away from the village of Evgiros, located in a bay called the Rising Sun. This absolutely quiet and peaceful place surrounded by nature and olive trees offers a beautiful view of the mythical islands of Ithaca and Kefalonia.

All villas are furnished in an unique style with attention to every detail. Each villa has large outdoor terraces and a private swimming pool . The villas are located directly on the coast with a private romantic access to the crystal clear sea. The water in our bay is one of the cleanest on the island and if you are lucky, you can spot dolphins or an osprey…

Villa ADAM
Villa Adam is the lowest located villa by the sea but still offers a beautiful view. It is ideal for a large family or three couples. Thanks to separate bedrooms each with its own bathroom, the villa offers privacy as well as space for socializing such as the sitting room or the outdoor seating area by the pool.
