On top of Ligia village, built along the slopes, there are 8 stone-built apartments 60-65 sqm with swimming pools. The unique sea view, high aesthetics and high-quality materials will not leave visitors disappointed. Special attention has been given to the quality of sleep. Distribution:

Each apartment has a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom.

· Ground floor: the 4 sea view apartments with terraces exiting to the swimming pools, accommodate up to 4 people: 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the 2 convertible comfortable sofas in the living room.

· 1st floor: the 3 apartments with a balcony and sea view can accommodate up to 3 people, 2 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room, on the sofa bed.

· 1st floor: 1 suite with balcony overlooking the sea, with an open space living-dining-bedroom accommodates up to 3 people: 2 in the double bed and 1 on the sofa bed..

Indoor amenities:

The sitting room is furnished with modern sofas, a central coffee table, stylish furniture, a dining room table for 4, TV and DVD player. In the bedrooms, there is a large double bed with two bedside tables with high quality and stylish linens and bedspreads, matching curtains, wardrobes, dressing tables, mirrors, elegant lighting and modern paintings in all areas. There is also a TV, DVD player and a safe in each apartment.

The kitchen has all the necessary appliances: refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, modern dinnerware and glasses.

The bathroom is modern with shower, complimentary toiletries and hairdryer. There is also a washing machine in all apartments. All apartments have air conditioning, mosquito screens and electric shutters to protect from the sun.

There is free Wi-Fi everywhere in the resort.

Outdoor amenities:

Outdoors next to the 2 terraced swimming pools there is stylish outdoor furniture, that blends with the overall aesthetics of the building and its surroundings.

The resort has a small shallow swimming pool for children, as well as a playground and a coffee bar, where guests can relax with some drinks and a beautiful view.

There are 2 outdoor barbecues that can be used by the residents of the apartments.

Stone paths, gardens with trees and flowers, tables, chairs, recliners and large umbrellas allow a luxurious stay. There is natural shade after 5-6 PM, allowing relaxation in pleasant temperatures during the summer. In the evening, the special illumination of the space and the tranquillity of the surroundings is an unforgettable experience.

There is private covered parking, no reservation needed.

Cleaning and changing of bedsheets and towels are made every 3 days.

Neighbourhood:

The amphitheatrical arrangement of the resort in the picturesque fishing village of Ligia, on a quiet hill surrounded by nature, allows the sea view to be visible for all the units.

Ligia has many things to offer. There are plenty of bars, coffee places, wine bars and taverns around and we know the ones that will not leave you disappointed. The closest restaurant is only 150 m away. Lefkada Town, the vivid coloured capital is only 6 km away, with lots of taverns, restaurants, coffee places and shopping options.

Just before entering Lefkada Town, you will find Lefkas Marina, where you can admire the yachts and have a drink with the lovely view of the moored sailing boats.

There is a water-sport centre only 150 m from the villa, where you can have lots of fun. The nearest organized beach is only 450 m away.

Lekfada has an impressive number of beaches for its size: 42 beaches in total. They have different features and they will please all traveller types. Some of them have the Caribbean colour, some of them are sandy, others are pebbly (smaller or bigger pebbles). Some of them are organized with loungers and beach bars, while others are "sauvage" where you can "enjoy the silence" and have more privacy. Some of them have direct car access, some of them are accessible only by boat.

It's easy to get lost in choosing the most suitable ones for your stay, therefore you will receive our recommendations as soon as you arrive, tailored on your preferences, also taking the weather into consideration. For example, in some days the Western sea is very angry and could be dangerous, especially for children. We, as locals, know all secrets and we will share our knowledge with you, to help you in making the most of your stay here, in our beloved island.
