A beautiful and cosy house in the most beautiful beach of Lefkada. Agios Ioannis beach is famous for wind/kite serfing and is only 5 minutes driving from the centre of the town (bars ,restaurants ,market) and the yauht marina.
Small and cosy house with big garden (natural enviroment).The house is very modern and comfortable.The rooms have big windows so you can hear the sea.In the living room there is fireplace that makes the house ideal for winter as well.There is also a place that you can have a shower outside.
It has two bedrooms, (sleeps 4-5), two bathrooms(one ensuite), plus outdoor shower with hot water and kitchen - seating area.
Ideal for four-legged friends, since it is located in an acre of land, for children of all ages, and for those who want peace and privacy.
The area of Agios Ioannis combines all what you want.It is very quiet and you can hear the sea as it is next to the beach and the same time you can explore the nightlife of greek summer in five minutes(by car).
