The property is located in the village of Tsoukalades on the northwestern side of the island, 6 km from the town of Lefkada, near the village of Agios Nikitas, famous beaches Pefkoulia and Kathisma.
Arriving in the village follow the road to the beach "Kaminia".

A beautiful house built with the traditional technique of Lefkada and especially decorated. In the front yard, surrounded by various kinds of flowers, you can relax at any time. On the back of a towering oak tree gives shade and complements very well kept garden from where there is access and barbecue.
