SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Four spacious bedrooms, all ensuite and all with air conditioning, sleeping eight in total.
One super-king, Two kings, one twin room.
Two ‘master’ bedrooms. One on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and one on the first floor with a private terrace comfortably furnished with chairs and loungers.
The option to add cots or fold-up beds for two babies or younger children.
Two ensuites have baths with showers over & two have walk-in showers. All are fully tiled & all have marble or granite vanity tops – a standard you should expect from any luxury private villa on Lefkada.
If you require more space we can offer you a cottage in the grounds of the villa with an extra bedroom and ensuite shower room. This is only ever rented with the main villa and is available at an additional cost of 25% of the main villa. Please ask for more details.

The villa is nestled in the forest on the hillside above the seafront town of Nidri offering a uniquely private location, complete tranquility and the breathtaking panoramic view across numerous Ionian islands to the Greek mainland. Enter through remote-operated gates onto a spacious drive accommodating multiple cars.
The villa is mobility friendly with wide rooms, a ground floor bedroom and a path down to the pool terrace.
The gardens change with the seasons but incorporate wild-flowers, olive & citrus trees and are screened by mature pines & cypress.
EXPERIENCE A LUXURY PRIVATE VILLA ON LEFKADA
Tucked away in the forest above Nidri harbour we have created a wonderful luxury, private retreat with extraordinary panoramic views. Magnificent, star gazing is possible given the near total absence of light pollution. Our heated pool makes swimming during every week of the season comfortable with a pool temperature of 26-27C whilst our investment in a 22-panel solar array means we produce all our own electricity making your heated-pool, air-conditioned stay both luxurious and carbon-neutral.

From 2020 (post-COVID19 lockdown) we've invested in a professional fogging machine and we're fogging the house between guests using Viro-Kill RTU, a sanitiser used in hospitals and proven effective in killing coronavirus. By fogging the house we're able to ensure to the maximum extent possible that guest hygiene is protected.

The view is the best we have ever had, truly exceptional. The villa is beautifully designed and very well crafted inside and especially outside with delightful touches around every corner. We were a party of 8 friends and the villa provided both communal and private spaces on all the levels with the infinity pool and ground floor of the outside space being the ultimate in luxurious living. Thank you for making it so easy and perfect.

This villa is truly exceptional. We went with very high expectations from the description of the property and the beautiful photos, and they were still surpassed! The setting is stunning - peace and tranquility, with a view that is breathtaking. Both inside and out, no detail has been overlooked to ensure maximum comfort and enjoyment. Our first couple of evenings were chilly, so we very much appreciated the heater over the outside dining table so we could still eat al fresco, and when there was a bit of drizzle one day how lovely to be able to adjourn to the hot tub with a glass of fizz! There were so many other touches - to arrive after a long journey to find a roast chicken ready and waiting, as well as a lovely hamper of food and wine, was fantastic, as were the selection of books, the insect screens on every door and window, the heated pool, and so much more. The bar has been set high - we cant wait to return!!
Great & Perfect ! These words summarize the conditions in which we spent the holiday at Villa Gabiella. Great location, great villa, perfect conditions, and a magnificent view. Ian and Gill were very nice and always around but extremely discreet. We will return to this location with pleasure and with the feeling of "home".
Top-notch place, nestled in the quiet mountain above Nidri. Can’t go wrong here. Well-stocked and clean kitchen and bathrooms. Property managers available and responsive. Enjoy the view and the pool and hot-tub. Get the private chef to cook for you. Enioy the movie choices on the on-demand TV. Did I mention the view? Only lament is that we didn't spend even more time in the villa (Lefkada beaches and restaurants are so great!).
Stayed at Villa Gabriella for our second week in the Nidri area in August 2017 and have to say that it is probably the best villa that we have had the pleasure to stay-in on our many trips to Greece. Our party was 5 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 15. The views from the villa during the day and the evening are stunning, its also well worth seeing in the sunrise in the early morning as well. Facilities in the villa are second to none, including cooking, entertainment, music, pool and the gardens. Its approx 10 mins drive to the nearest taverna (which is very good) and another 5 mins to Nidri and taxi's will bring you back for approx 10 euro's as well. I throughly recomend Villa Gabriella and would happially consider returning.
