Villa Rina is the last house before you reach the cooling waterfalls of Nidri on Lefkas island and is situated only 2km (20 min walk) from the bustling touristic village of Nidri.
Cosmopolitan Nidri is the main tourist resort of the island. There you can find anything your heart desires, restaurants, cafe´s, bars, souvenir shops and beautiful beaches with plenty of watersport rentals etc.
The villa is a hidden treasure embedded amongst the luscious green mountains and the nature scenery is breathtaking. This bespoken "white house" Villa Rina of 200 sqm that lays on 1600 sqm private gated (with automatic drive-in gates that leads to a garage) ground, grandiosely rises up suddenly to all the Lefkas island visitors surprise on their promenade to the waterfalls.

Villa Rinas' interior has an alluring, classic motif with a touch of rustic. The light creamy color scheme prevails throughout the home. The open spacious living room has been furnished in a classic contemporary style with charming pieces of plentiful seating, gorgeous fireplace and sliding doors that leads to the terrace.
Continuously is the dining area with its high bay windows, also with sliding doors that leads to the charming gazebo terrace that overlooks the large inviting pool. The terrace offers privileged views to the pool and outside space, where an al-fresco meal can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
The warm and elegant designed large kitchen with its curved breakfast bar is fully equipped with double fridge/freezer that has filtered water, and ice-maker.
Aside and nestled giving "a feeling of privacy" on this spacious first floor, there is an open office with a relaxing and divine large mullioned window.
The villa boasts of four exquisitely charming designed bedrooms on the second floor with a high ceiling towards the middle, each with its own private romantic balcony overlooking the beautiful scenery. The spectacular master bedroom with its king-size bed has an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. There is also a second bathroom on the second floor and a guest wc and a separate laundry with washer and dryer on the first floor.

• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.

The Villa was spectacular, and at a great location at Nidri - right next to the waterfalls, at a walking distance, and 10 minutes drive from Nidri town. There's a panoramic mountain view from every spot in the villa, and a country side atmosphere. We arrived as a large family group with kids, and have had a great week. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with comfy beds. Each has its own balcony with great views, which also allows privacy. There are a ton of cabinets, and the parents room has it's own walk-in wardrobe. The kitchen was great and well equipped, and there's a nice porch where you can have your breakfast and dinner. The pool is large and the kids absolutely loved it, and we had a lovely sunny day just relaxing next to it. Kathrina the host was very kind, helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance or guidance, and was very quick to fix a lightbulb or clean the pool. As for downsides - The lighting in the house is a little weak (especially in the kitchen), and given the countryside location it could feel a little dark in the evening. The house is a bit "old" furniture wise (some of the cabins are cranky and the bathrooms could use a makeover). But all in all these are small nuances, and we've had an amazing stay, and would defiantly come back!

Very good
Eight of us including two small children stayed at Villa Rina for a week at the beginning of June. The accommodation was ideal (although one extra shower would be a perfect addition) and the pool was lovely. There was plenty of seating to enjoy sitting, sunbathing or eating outside. The Nidri waterfall is a short walk away and good shops and restaurants a short drive. Two areas for improvement would be the electricity situation (we were unable to use the washing machine half way through our stay) and the cleanliness of the barbecue which had been overlooked. However despite this we had a very enjoyable holiday on the lovely island of Lefkada and I would recommend Villa Rina as a special place to stay.
Poziționarea vilei foarte bună. Camere decente, paturi confortabile, bucătărie generos echipată, living spațios, terasă frumoasă, piscină suficient de mare și adâncă. Comunicarea cu agentia care administrează vila a fost foarte bună. Insula cu plajele ei sunt incredibil de frumoase. Recomand Vila Rina și insula Lefkada !

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rina. The welcome was efficient and nice, communication was excellent. The villa was clean, well furnished and had all the amenities you could think of. We loved it.
Everything was just as described in the announcement, Katerina is very helpful and everything was more than excellent! The kitchen has ALL the appliances one could imagine, the pool is perfect, not to mention the big yard and the quiet area. Will be back for sure!
Bekvämt, rent, och bra service. 5 minuter till Nidri med alla restauranger, turist butiker etc. Jag kommer definitivt att boka Villan igen, rekommenderar starkt. Tack Katerina och Anna för en bra service.

Great Villa. Spacious with great pool. Away from the town but close to waterfalls. Lovely big beds clean spacious . Very helpful pre booking and good communication when there. We had a great week here and would come back again

We stayed for 6 nights with 5 adults and 2 young children (6 months and 2 years). There was a baby cot and high chair available at the house and the kids loved the pool, though the house is decked out with lots of ornaments and breakable decor so we had to watch them closely inside. The proximity to Nidri meant a 7 minute drive to small supermarkets and the coast and we loved the trip to Nidri waterfalls just up the road. We enjoyed some longer day trips to the west of the island where the beaches are much more spectacular. Though every beach we visited are gravelly not sandy, we haven’t found a sandy beach yet! The house was very clean with plenty of towels (incl pool towels) and there was every utensil you can imagine in the kitchen. We enjoyed every evening eating out on the extensive balcony but bring plenty of bug spray! We felt relaxed and at home and really appreciated the local advice from hosts, Anna & Katerina.
