VILLAS SEE BREEZE are located just at the entrance to Sivota Bay, at the end of peninsula; where you can watch all the yachts entering the bay just under your terrace. They are nested in a beautiful natural setting full of greenery, smaller and bigger hills all around, Ionian Sea at a reach of your fingertips and Ionian Islands in the background view.

The villas have direct sea access, a natural path leading from the villa for about 50m will bring you to a natural sea coast. From here you can jump into the water and enjoy amazing views and calm water in a protected Bay of Sivota. Private dock is available for our customers as well as a longline mooring of your boat.

VILLAS SEE BREEZE are composed out of two brand new villas - Villa Elif and Villa Auris - launched in 2019. The villas can be rented separately or together for bigger groups. Both options offer enough privacy and comfort.

VILLAS SEE BREEZE are suitable for 12-18 persons. The are 5 bedrooms altogether, 3 bedrooms in the bigger villa and 2 bedrooms in the smaller villas. Three bedrooms are ensuite with own bathroom. All the beds are double beds. Two of the bedrooms have a small mezzanine with an extra double bed. On the ground floor of each villa there is a living room with fireplace, connected to a fully equipped kitchen. From here you have wonderful sea views and mountain views and an access to outside terrace.

Two private swimming pools (10m x 5m; 8.5m x 5m) with salty water and jacuzzi corner with water jets will make your holiday unforgettable. Large outdoor chill out areas with sun beds and umbrellas will be available for those lazy sunny days. Enjoy yourself together with your friends while preparing a dinner on BBQ outside by the sunset. Let yourself merge with the harmony of nature all around and enjoy the living scenery of boats returning to the port of Sivota after a day on the sea.

The road to reach the villas is partly unsealed for about 2km. It is accessible by standard cars; although a 4x4 will make it more comfortable. There is plenty of activities you can do on Lefkada Island, besides visiting the gorgeous beaches of the west coast.
