Classic Cruising aboard a 122 year old Topsail Schooner with watersports

Rhea of Nyborg was built in Denmark and now she sails with up to 12 guests and up to 4 crew. Above decks she has a teak dining table and ample space for sunbathing on full length mattresses. Below decks she has a saloon with a large dining table and separate seating area, a well equipped galley, 4 guest cabins with en-suite toilet/showers and air conditioning, and 2 crew cabins with en-suite toilet/showers (1 of which can be vacated for guest use).

Guests can enjoy relaxing with an iced drink or joining in with the sailing, fishing, snorkelling, the addictive “yard swinging”, water skiing, wakeboarding, stand up paddle boarding, and kayaking.

The experienced crew know the area intimately and work as a team to help guests do as much or as little as they like, to experience the vessel and her surroundings, and to savour delicious food and wine.

Rhea has 11 sails, a 240 hp MAN motor, a RIB dinghy with 50hp outboard, and a full complement of safety equipment.

Tailor Made Charters:

Exclusive charters cruising the beautiful Ionian waters and exploring the islands and mainland coast. Take a few days, a week, or more to visit a variety of places chosen with the specific interests and activities of the guests on board.

Day Trips:

Exclusive or shared day trips to experience a traditional ship (guests are welcome to participate in the sailing). Rhea goes with the wind, around the islands and maybe to the mainland, depending upon the weather. There should be stops for swimming and watersports.

Water, teas, coffees, and a delicious lunch with wine, beer, and soft drinks are included.

Water skiing and wake boarding are extra

Sunset Trips:

Exclusive or shared sunset trips to enjoy free wine and snacks aboard a traditional ship - there can be nothing more romantic!
