Get away from it all at one of our villas! They are totally private, strategically located close to famous beaches, surrounded by nature, enjoying uninterrupted views of the endless blue sea and of magical sunsets!
The Villas are two 2-bed villas, built at completely different ground levels, so they are totally independent from each other and completely private. Each has its own private swimming pool, parking space, garden/patio area with sun beds, sun umbrellas, outdoor shower, BBQ and dining furniture where you can relax and enjoy the most amazing sunset and sea views.
Distance to closest beaches is for Porto Katsiki 8kms, for Egremni 2kms, for Gialos 3kms. The villas are also just about 7mins walk from Athani village, and only 5 mins walk from the taverna “Greco Levante” which has home-made cuisine and uses fresh local produce. All sorts of amenities, shops, water sports, ferry can be found at Vasiliki, the capital of South Lefkada (15kms).
With regards to the structure of the villas, in the ground floor you can find the sitting room area, a modern-style kitchen (fully equipped with fridge/freezer, 4-hob kitchen, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher), a dining table and chairs, a WC and a large extra room where the washing machine is. A stair takes you to the upper floor where the two bedrooms are, each with a balcony with uninterrupted seaview, and a full bathroom with shower cabin with hydromassage column. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one has two single beds. A fifth person can get accommodated on a folding bed in the second bedroom and a sixth person can get accommodated at the sitting room downstairs.
The villas have a/c throughout (cool as well as warm air), satellite TV, CD and DVD player & CD and DVD library, washing machine, iron & iron board.
Rates are for up to 4 guests. There is a small additional charge of 25 euros per night per additional guest. Max. occupancy up to 6.

One of the best location and villas in Lefkada , near Porto Katsiki beach-is the best on the island ( egremni beach is cloased) . Nikos was a very good host , the villa was impecable clean and the pool also. All you need for a perfect vacation.
