Villa Penelope :Located in a forest area over Kathisma beach & offers accommodation in Drymon, 12 km from Lefkada Town

a. Upper level
The upper level comprises of the main living room, the kitchen and dining area, a WC, as well as the internal attic. On the living area of approx. 30 sq.m., there is a large sofa of 4 people and two chairs/stools. Next to them, is a sofa table and across them a TV table with a 32 in TV set, providing satellite reception with more than 500 channels. The room is air-conditioned and also has a fireplace.
The kitchen is of modern design with built-in appliances and all the required conveniences and equipment. It includes a table for 8 people. The internal attic has an area of 14 sq.m. and hosts two single beds.
Both through the kitchen and also the living area, there are large balcony doors leading to the main veranda. The veranda of 25 sq.m provides fully uninterrupted view to the Ionian Sea and the forest area surrounding the house. A metal and glass table of 6 people is provided.
b. Lower level
The lower level comprises of the main bedroom and the main bathroom. The main bedroom of 30 sq.m, includes a double bed, large wardrobes and a drawer-table with a mirror. The bedroom is provided with a ceiling fan. The en-suite main bathroom is large and comfortable with a bath tub. Also in the lower level there is a room - storage space, ideal for left luggage area or other large items.

For cancellations between sixty (60) days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we keep the deposit.
