Wonderful week at beautiful Villa Mirtes. What a stunning place - peaceful and set in a superb spot overlooking the sea and surrounded by forest. Petra and her colleagues at Lefkada Holiday Rentals couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive. The villa is extremely comfy, spacious, well-equipped and with a Homeric touch. The pool and gardens are gorgeous. Despite being secluded there are some lovely tavernas nearby and a small convenience store in the village (bit expensive). Short drive to some beautiful beaches. The whole family enjoyed - all three generations. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Mirtes. It is a stunning location and a very well appointed vila, it really is the whole package, great view with sunsets, stunning garden and pool areas, lovely bedrooms all with that wonderful view and a very peaceful and secluded position with only the sounds of the countryside , including the odd passing goat bell, to disturb the peace. What more could you want! I would also like to give a big shout out to the team who run the villa, particularly Petra who went above and beyond to help us when we had issues with our hire car and then when our flight home was cancelled. I can not rate them enough. A great team who really care about the wellbeing of their guests. I highly recommend Villa Mirtes. It is just lovely and I would 100% come back.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Mirtes! The views are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset, and the villa is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotless, very well maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special thank you to Petra, who was fantastic from start to finish. She even organized beautiful birthday decorations for my friend’s birthday, which made his day extra special and created a wonderful memory for all of us. Highly recommend Villa Mirtes for anyone looking for relaxation, stunning views, and exceptional hospitality in Lefkada!

Peaceful. If you ever look for a place just to be by yourself, this is it. Just you, some birds and occasional goats passing by. You hardly get something like this anywhere today. And the view is spectacular. Thanks to the team for making it special.

A peaceful escape with breathtaking views – highly recommended! My family and I — six of us in total — had a wonderful stay at Villa Mirtes. When we arrived, Fanni was there to welcome us with warmth and kindness, and to our surprise, a small gift package had been prepared for us. Communication with Fanni was excellent, even though we didn’t need much during our stay. The villa is extremely well-equipped — we found everything we needed, whether in the kitchen or any other part of the house. Its location is truly breathtaking: the view was stunning, and being surrounded by lush greenery in the heart of nature was incredibly calming. We especially enjoyed the nights, as there was no light pollution — we could admire the stars in peace. The sea view from the bedroom is something we’ll truly miss. We stayed for 7 nights, but honestly, we should have booked double that to fully enjoy it. Thank you for everything, Fanni and Lefkada Holiday Rental!

We loved our stay here and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Our welcoming host Fani was the best. Helped us with everything and was on hand throughout our stay to solve any issues we had. The house setting is so quiet and secluded and overlooks a beauty spot. We relaxed, we unwound - all that can be heard are the waves and cicadas. Thank you Anna and thank you especially to Fani. You were so great! Sometimes holidays can be more stressful than staying at home, we have three kids and one with special needs. This was the easiest and most relaxing holiday we’ve had in years. Clean, beautiful, great pool, great views. Perfection.

The location of the residence was worth it, the view overlooking the Ionian Gulf was Devine. The photo’s provided don’t do enough to show the perfect location and the residence was better than expected, 5 star residence with perfect pool. It was relaxing and Quiet!

Hele fijne week gehad met het hele gezin. Mooie, rustige slaapkamers, fijn zwembad en tuin met BBQ. Elke dag was de zonsondergang met prachtig uitzicht op de zee weer een kadootje. Het huis ligt afgelegen, is daardoor heel stil en ligt prive. Fijn zwembad.

Amazing property. Impeccable service. You are literally alone in the middle of a pine trees wood. 180 degree only pine trees, the other 180 degrees pristine full sea views.

The villa is amazing. It provides everything you could possibly need and the view is just stunning. There is also no other villas nearby so you have the whole area to yourself. You are very valued as a guest. The communication was easy, fast and all issues were taken care of asap.

We had an amazing time at the Villa Mirtes! The view is breathtaking and even more beatiful in real life. As we were in the middle of nowhere, it was not only at day beautiful but also the night sky was so clear that we enjoyed stargazing! The beaches and overall area is incredible. Gorgeous Villa exceeding all our expectations. Roads surrounding are a bit difficult but worth it for the views and extraordinary beaches. No issues at all. We had a magical stay. Would definitely return.

The villa was lovely, quiet, comfortable, and private. The view was breathtaking, with a delightful garden and beautiful pool, but cold still in mid May . It was an oasis in a stressful noisy world. We stayed 17 nights but weren’t ready to go home.

Die Villa liegt sehr exklusiv hoch über den schönsten Stränden der Insel. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man vor Ort braucht. Der Sonnenuntergang im Pool bleibt unvergesslich für uns. Unschlagbar ist der Service, den Anna und ihr Team bieten- sie haben uns einen privaten Chefkoch, einen Geburtstagskuchen, Massage und einen Segeltripp organisiert. Sie sind stets erreichbar und das Gesamtpaket ist kaum zu übertreffen.

The house is just as beautiful as the pictures, and even more beautiful in person. It is so peaceful. Fantastic location within 10-20 minutes of Porto Katsiki, Egremni. There are some delicious restaurants close by in Athani. Anna and the team are great-they made reservations twice at Rachi for us since we loved it so much we wanted to go back. The house is really well equipped and feels very private. It is paradise!
