Nuova villa in pietra costruita tra il verde degli ulivi, immersa nella ricca vegetazione naturale del promontorio di Sivota, la prima delle 4 ville della proprietà. La villa vi incanterà con la vista sulla baia a destra e il mare aperto a sinistra. Osservare le bellissime barche a vela che passano accanto, scolpire il ricordo di una vacanza che si può solo sognare... Il design contemporaneo degli interni, la luce naturale del sole che entra dalle grandi finestre e le pareti in pietra che scaldano la vista, aggiungeranno un tocco mediterraneo energia e bellezza al tuo soggiorno.
La villa è costruita su un unico piano, tuttavia le stanze multilivello danno un senso di spazio e un design unico della struttura. La vicinanza al mare, lo rende il luogo ideale in cui soggiornare. Bevi il tuo caffè al mattino accanto alla piscina a sfioro e lascia che il suono delle onde e delle cicale ti riempia di energia rigenerante.
Quando si entra nei locali della villa, si arriva all'area del giardino, con la piscina e il mare a vista. Pochi gradini sotto siete al cancello principale della casa. Si entra attraverso il soggiorno aperto, la zona pranzo e la cucina, le ampie finestre offrono un'atmosfera dentro e fuori mentre illuminano la stanza con la luce naturale del sole. I mobili contemporanei aggiungono ulteriore luce con le tonalità del tessuto bianco e grigio. Legno e pietra si uniscono per dare una sensazione naturale.
Attraverso un corridoio di vetro si accede alle ampie camere familiari. Ogni camera dispone di due letti singoli che possono essere uniti in un letto matrimoniale king-size o in un letto matrimoniale e un posto letto aggiuntivo, in un letto a soppalco aperto di 1,20 m di larghezza, che può ospitare 2 bambini di età superiore ai 7 anni. La scala in legno può essere ripiegata contro il muro, in modo da non occupare spazio quando il letto non è in uso. Ogni camera ha un bagno con doccia e un piccolo salottino dove potersi rilassare o fare i compiti necessari.

We had a great week at villa Anasa: the location is amazing, and it is such a luxury to be able to walk down to your private sea access for a swim. The villa is beautiful, beds comfortable and a very good terras with beautiful view on the harbour of Sivota. Overall we had a lovely week!

Villa Anasa is the best choice you can make for your holiday in Lefkada. We love this island and this wasn’t our first time here, but this magnificent villa gave us the best version of our vacation. The location is enchanting, the villa is clean and well-maintained, and the garden and direct access to the sea are simply priceless. I highly recommend it.

Loved the villa! Beautiful accommodations and the pool and garden was well maintained. The dock was one of our favorite places to lay out, take a dip, and watch the boats entering and exiting the harbor. Honestly an amazing place in a beautiful location overlooking the harbor with everything done tastefully. Wifi worked well and there is free parking on the lot. Private Message Beautiful place!! Loved the villa and the views/ house was amazing. The owner was super nice and it’s very much appreciated for the amount of attention to detail/yard work he was doing. However, we did expect the villa to be completely private since we did not arrange a mid week cleaning. With all of the wide windows it was easy for me or my bf to be in underwear and the owner or the yard guys could have seen inside. Also, the fridge was not turned on when we arrived so we had to wait overnight for the fridge to get to a normal cooler temperature. The ac was a bit confusing to figure out at first for the bedrooms but once figured out it worked well. Overall, we absolutely loved the house pool and dock and will definitely love to come back!
