Beautiful and peaceful place. Eleni is an amazing host. The property was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Eleni provided a very warm welcome and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated the thoughtful selection of local delights and treats that were waiting for us, which added a personal touch and gave us a chance to experience the local culture. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. Eleni shared many good places we visited and enjoyed. We would gladly stay here again.

A beautiful villa and pool in a peaceful and quiet location overlooking the bay. Lovely beaches and restaurants are only a short drive away and the path from the villa to the cove below where you can swim and snorkel is an added bonus. Our host Elena was fantastic throughout our stay and gave great recommendations on where to visit in the area. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Villa Mironi.

המקום ממש יפיפה היו לנו 10 ימים מדהימים, הבית נוח וכייפי. הגיעו פעם לנקות ולהחליף מצעים, הסביבה שקטה יש חוף פרטי, הבריכה היתה נקייה ומספקת, במהלך השהות הגיע מנקה פעמיים לבריכה. מי שרוצה שקט ולהנןת זה המקום. חייב להיות ניידים אם לוקחים את הנכס. ממולץ בחום למשפחות עד 5 נפשות. נהנו מאוד תודה רבה להלנה עזרה בכל

Incredible stay at this beautiful, peaceful home. The private path (just shared with 2 other houses) to the water was an absolute game changer. The water in the bay is spectacular. The home is lovely, but the real show stopper is the outside area with the pool, dining area and the view. Easy drive to the nearby bays to go exploring. Would highly recommend. Elena is absolutely lovely and such easy communication.

Rental Policies
1. BOOKING DEPOSIT & PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday rental cost must be paid by you in order to secure the reservation. No obligation from the property owner or us will exist until we have received this amount in full. The balance must be paid at least six (6) weeks before your arrival. If the amount is not received by us on the agreed time frame, we are entitled to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
It you wish to cancel your booking, then we shall be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost:
• Cancellation more than 42 days before the arrival date, we keep 2% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 42 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
• The required cost has not been deposited, we have the right to cancel your booking.

3. CANCELLATION OR ALTERATIONS BY US
In the rare occurrence that we might need to make any alterations to already confirmed arrangements -there is a possibility it might happen- we will make sure you are notified at the earliest date possible. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar or better property. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund in full the amount paid to us for the property. Nonetheless, we will not be responsible for any other cancellation charges for travel arrangements for you and/or your party.
4.TAXES AND FEES
**Starting from January 2024 the Greek government has implemented a new climate tax of 15€ per night. This tax is payable on arrival in cash and a receipt will be issued to you within your stay. **
This tax IS NOT included in the daily/weekly rate of the villa.
It accommodates up to 6 guests.
