Unsere 3-Schlafzimmer-Villa Ventalia, nur wenige Minuten vom Dorf Nikiana entfernt, ist im traditionellen Stil eingerichtet und bietet einen endlosen Panoramablick auf die Ostseite der Insel Lefkada.
Der große private Pool sowie der großzügige Außenbereich, der größtenteils mit Rasen bedeckt ist, machen die Villa zu einem idealen Ort für Familien mit Kindern.
Die Villa erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen, und alle Zimmer bieten einen Blick auf den Außenbereich.
Erdgeschoss:
Beim Betreten der Villa befinden Sie sich im Erdgeschoss, wo sich ein großer Raum mit einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer und einer offenen, voll ausgestatteten Küche befindet. Das Wohnzimmer mit seinen großen Terrassentüren bietet Meerblick und direkten Zugang zum Pool und zum Außenbereich.
Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer kann in ein Doppelbett (1,40 × 1,90 m) umgewandelt werden und bietet somit eine komfortable Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 zusätzliche Gäste. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich außerdem ein Badezimmer mit WC.
1. Etage:
Über eine Treppe gelangen Sie in den ersten Stock, wo sich das großzügige Hauptschlafzimmer befindet. Es verfügt über ein Queensize-Doppelbett, einen Kamin, einen Mini-Kühlschrank sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Vom Balkon aus können Sie entspannen und den atemberaubenden Ausblick genießen.
2. Etage:
Im zweiten Stock befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, ebenfalls mit Queensize-Betten. In einem der Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Mini-Kühlschrank. Zwischen den beiden Zimmern befindet sich ein gemeinsames Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Der Panoramablick von dieser Etage wird Ihnen garantiert lange in Erinnerung bleiben.
Außenbereich:
Im Außenbereich der Unterkunft können Sie den privaten Pool genießen, während die Kinder entweder im Pool oder auf der großen Rasenfläche spielen.
Für den nötigen Schatten am Morgen sorgt eine wunderschön gestaltete Pergola oder ein großer Sonnenschirm.
Außerdem steht ein Gasgrill (BBQ) zur Verfügung, damit Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten am Außentisch genießen können.

Wir möchten Sie darauf hinweisen, dass der Eigentümer der Villa alle notwendigen vorbeugenden Schädlingsbekämpfungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt hat, stets im Einklang mit den Umweltgesetzen zum Schutz der Natur. Dennoch befindet sich die Unterkunft in einer wunderschönen natürlichen Umgebung, und der Kontakt mit Insekten oder kleinen Tieren (z. B. streunenden Katzen, Mäusen, Reptilien, Fliegen, Mücken, Ameisen usw.) kann nicht immer vollständig verhindert werden.

Die auf dieser Website angezeigten Preise gelten für 6 Personen. Für 8 Personen wird ein Aufpreis von 30 € pro Tag berechnet.
• Sollte sich die Größe oder Zusammensetzung Ihrer Gruppe vor der Anreise ändern und von der ursprünglichen Buchung abweichen, können zusätzliche Kosten anfallen.

Absolutely perfect stay with the most incredible views. Our family of 6 adults had the most incredible time at this Greek Airbnb! The views were absolutely breathtaking even better than the pictures, and we spent hours just soaking them in. A huge thank you to Petra, the manager. Since this was our first time in Lefkada, she was an absolute lifesaver. She gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations and insider tips on where to go, and every time I texted her, she got back to me right away. Her responsiveness and warmth made us feel so well taken care of. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, George, who came by. He didn’t just stop there he surprised us with the most delicious homemade Greek desserts we had the entire trip! As a going away gift, he even gave us going away treats which was such a thoughtful touch. We would 100% recommend this place to our friends and anyone looking forward to a wonderful Greek getaway. The view from the villa was spectacular and so peaceful. The villa is very well equipped, spacious and good working air conditioning. The area is very quiet and not overlooked. We had such a relaxing week and loved exploring Lefkada. I would recommend a car as the villa is not walkable to local shops/restaurants and we explored a lot of the island with our car. The owner George was so kind and generous, he left us fruit, cakes and drinks. We would definitely book this villa again.

We stayed here for 7 days – 7 adults and a baby – and everything was absolutely wonderful! The view from the terrace is breathtaking, the rooms are quite spacious, and you’ll find everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, there’s also a barbecue outside, and they kindly provided a baby crib for us. Each room has air conditioning, which was a big plus. The gentleman who takes care of the property is incredibly kind and helpful – he brought us fresh watermelon, juices, water, and later even a whole bag of sausages for the grill! The pool is large and always clean, and there are several outdoor spaces where you can enjoy your meals on the terrace. We truly felt at home and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Ventalia. The villa is beautiful and has everything you might need. The pool is great, super clean and large enough for a proper swim! The bedrooms, balconies and garden have incredible views of the beautiful sea and mountains behind. The location is peaceful and quiet but within easy reach of Nidri town (10 min drive), plenty of beaches (nearest is 10 min drive and there are many more also close by) and Lefkada town (20 min drive). The host and check-in representative were both so friendly and accommodating. We had a mid-stay clean which was fantastic, and the pool was cleaned daily. We have fallen in love with Lefkada and Villa Ventalia was the perfect base for our holiday. Thank you! We hope to return to this beautiful island, and Villa Ventalia, soon!

We spent a beautiful week here with our 4 children. Everything is wonderful. Of course, the pool was the best experience for the children. But the entire villa is beautiful, clean, spacious, equipped with everything you might need on vacation. The approach is better from the south. A car is required. The owner is kind and helpful. Pool cleaning every morning. Administration with the office is amazingly simple, flexible and fast. Everything can be arranged and discussed online or by phone. The view of the sea cannot be described, it has to be seen :)

Arriving at Villa Ventalia you are immediately presented with the most phenomenal views of the island. We never tired of them as we sat out enjoying morning coffees, pool time and evening bbqs. The villa was well equipped and provided a great base for both chilled days in the sun enjoying the pool and sun loungers, or heading out for a day of exploring the island. I would definitely recommend having a car though. The owner himself, George was a real delight and ensured the pool was cleaned early everyday. The additional extras/gifts were such a lovely gesture and added a real personal touch to our stay. We stayed as a group of 8 - 4 adults, 4 young children and felt like we had plenty of space within the villa and outside space. Lefkada was a real beauty and we had a wonderful summer holiday. Definitely would recommend villa ventalia if you are lucky enough to find availability!

Am stat 7 nopti în această vilă. Personalul este foarte prietenos si te ajută cu absolut tot ce îi ceri. Locul de parcare este acoperit, curtea este superbă. Camere sunt foarte mari. Exista aer condiționat în toata casa. Dacă doriți să gătiți aveți tot ce este nevoie. Wi-Fi foarte bun. Sunt multe lucruri bune de spus. Totul este superb! Recomand!
