Die Villa Haido befindet sich in erhöhter Lage und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Scorpios und die anderen kleinen Inseln von Lefkada. Es handelt sich um ein elegantes und dennoch modernes Haus, das sich wunderbar in die Umgebung einfügt.
Die Villa Haido befindet sich in idealer Lage und bietet einfachen Zugang zur kleinen Hafenstadt Perigiali, die 20 Gehminuten entfernt liegt, sowie zum Zentrum von Nydri, das nur 3 km entfernt ist. Die Villa liegt auch in der Nähe des malerischen Strandes von Pasa, der nur 500 m entfernt ist und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden kann.
Trotz ihrer Nähe zu Nydri profitiert die Villa Haido von einer ruhigen Lage am Hang, eingebettet zwischen alten Oliven- und Zypressenbäumen, die erhalten wurden, um den Garten zu verschönern und sich nahtlos in die umgebende Berglandschaft einzufügen.
POOL
Die Villa Haido verfügt über einen der längsten privaten Pools der Insel mit einer Gesamtlänge von 15 Metern (50 Fuß), der sich ideal zum Schwimmen eignet. Außerdem verfügt sie über eine große Terrasse für Sonnenliegen, einschließlich eines großen, schattigen Bereichs.
SCHLAFZIMMER
Die Villa verfügt über sechs Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, die Platz für bis zu 11 Gäste bieten. Zwei der Schlafzimmer sind mit Kingsize-Betten ausgestattet, drei mit zwei Einzelbetten, die zu einem großen Doppelbett zusammengestellt werden können. Das sechste Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Einzelbett, das Platz für einen Erwachsenen bietet. Alle Schlafzimmer sind elegant mit maßgefertigten Möbeln aus massiver Eiche und Stoffen mit natürlicher Struktur ausgestattet. Alle Badezimmer verfügen über eine begehbare Dusche und eine leistungsstarke Regendusche.
ERDGESCHOSS
Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über einen hellen, offen gestalteten Raum, der elegant eingerichtet ist und sich zu einer sehr großen Terrasse zum Essen und Entspannen hin öffnet. Alle diese Bereiche bieten einen atemberaubenden Ausblick, den die Villa zu bieten hat.
Die Villa verfügt außerdem über ein Spielzimmer mit Tischtennis und Minifußball sowie einen separaten Waschraum.

Wir möchten Sie darauf hinweisen, dass der Eigentümer der Villa alle notwendigen vorbeugenden Schädlingsbekämpfungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt hat, stets im Einklang mit den Umweltgesetzen zum Schutz der Natur. Dennoch befindet sich die Unterkunft in einer wunderschönen natürlichen Umgebung, und der Kontakt mit Insekten oder kleinen Tieren (z. B. streunenden Katzen, Mäusen, Reptilien, Fliegen, Mücken, Ameisen usw.) kann nicht immer vollständig verhindert werden.

We had the most amazing time in Lefkada with this stunning house as our home base - it was hard to leave and explore because the view at the pool was so spectacular! The best part was the hospitality and kindness offered by Petra - she warmly greeted us at the house despite our delayed arrival, arranged a private chef for us, got us a reservation at the best restaurant, delivered groceries for us, and did a whole lot more. The communication was phenomenal! We cannot recommend enough and hope to return soon!!
The Cookies
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Haido and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful villa in Lefkada. We travelled as a large family group with a mixture of ages, and the villa worked perfectly for everyone. It is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without ever feeling on top of each other. The outdoor area and pool were a real highlight and became the centre of our holiday – perfect for lazy days, drinks in the sunshine and evenings together. The location was also excellent. Perigiali is peaceful with beautiful views, but you are only a few minutes from Nidri, where there is a great choice of restaurants, bars, shops and a lovely waterfront. We particularly enjoyed being able to head into Nidri in the evenings and take boat trips to explore the surrounding islands. A special mention has to go to Petra from Lefkada Rentals, who was absolutely exceptional throughout our stay. From organising restaurant bookings and transfers to making sure our check-in at the villa was seamless, nothing was ever too much trouble. Petra was available whenever we needed her and was always friendly, helpful and incredibly responsive. Having someone locally who we knew we could rely on made the whole holiday even more enjoyable and stress-free. Lefkada itself is absolutely beautiful, and Villa Haido was a brilliant base from which to explore it. We had a genuinely memorable family holiday and were very sorry to leave. A wonderful villa, fantastic location and outstanding service from Petra and Lefkada Rentals. We would happily return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa Haido to other families and larger groups. 5 stars from all of us!

The villa and views exceeded all of our expectations – even better than the photos. The villa itself was beautiful, spotless, modern and felt completely brand new. The beds were really comfortable, the showers were excellent, and everything had clearly been thought of to make the stay feel luxurious and easy. The service from Lefkada Rentals was exceptional from start to finish. From helping us choose the right villa for our family, to arranging a hire car delivered directly to the villa and collected afterwards, nothing felt like too much trouble. They also helped us organise water sports for the kids, boat trips, and recommended fantastic restaurants – they were always on hand if we needed anything and communication was amazing throughout. The villa is set on a hill, but that’s exactly what gives you those breathtaking views and, for us, it was more than worth it (plus a chance to practise my hill starts!). Nidri was only around a five-minute drive away with everything you need – supermarkets, restaurants and shops all close by. The beaches in Lefkada are incredible and a must-see. You absolutely have to visit Egremni Beach, and we loved our boat trip exploring the caves and nearby bays. We had such a wonderful stay and would highly recommend both the villa and Lefkada Rentals. We would return in a heartbeat.

The villa was wonderful, the view was absolutely breathtaking, and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our children really enjoyed the playroom, which was a great bonus for families. Villa Haido is a stunning modern villa with unbelievable views and excellent build quality. The pool is stunning and it was a perfect base for a 2 family group of 11 people from Teenagers thru to Adults. Beautiful Pasha beach just a short walk down the hill and 5 min drive to Nydri. We also visited some amazing beaches on west side and spent 2 days on private boat trips. Lefkada Holiday Rentals team couldn't do enough to help us arrange boats or restaurants or help with queries. First class all round. Thanks v much Zaharenia (and your team) for your excellent help and efficient communication and help with reservations/boats etc and also especially with the doctor needed on last day and the Beach Bar suggestion. The holiday was a great success and we loved the villa and Lefkada.

Our host Fani greeted us at the villa, briefly toured the villa with us, and left us to our enjoyment. She was pleasant and welcoming. We were in direct communication with Fani, she satisfied our every need promptly (we required little as the villa was very well equipped). Perched on a hill overlooking a beautiful bay with panoramic breathtaking views. We ordered a daily cleaning service. The cleaning crew was professional and left the villa immaculate each time. No surprise fees or charges. Highly recommend.

Villa Haido is truly breathtaking. having just returned from our 7 day family holiday in this magnificent villa. The view is exactly as the photographs, truly brilliant, waking up to it very morning, you never want to leave. We found a local pair of Mercedes taxi's that shuttled the nine of us up and down to Nidri for a mere 15 euros each way, saves a long walk down to the village, the price you pay for the stunning view. Would return in an instant. Thank you so much.

We stayed at Villa Haido in September 2024, and it was absolutely perfect! The villa is spacious, with 6 bedrooms, making it ideal for our group of 10. The infinity pool and the incredible view were highlights—every sunrise felt magical. The outdoor space is so well-designed, with a BBQ area and plenty of room to relax. It's private and peaceful, but still close to Nidri for dining and exploring. This villa is a true gem, and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommend it!

I cannot recommend Villa Haido highly enough. Band spanking new and stunning in every respect. The pool is fabulous and clean, the kitchen beautiful and the bbq area amazing. The villa is well placed for the entire island as it is equidistant to everywhere. Book it now before it get’s discovered as anyone hiring the villa will want to return! It is also worth mentioning that the Management Company, Lefkada Holiday Rentals, are so professional and kind - nothing was too much trouble. Lovely people.
