# Außenbereich
Sie erreichen die Villa Amoudia über eine kleine Straße, die vom Strand in Sivota heraufführt. Ihnen stehen ein Parkplatz und eine Garage zur Verfügung. Ein reizender Hof mit wunderschönen Olivenbäumen lädt Sie ein die Villa Amoudia zu betreten. Im Haus setzt ein großes Panoramafenster mit Blick auf den Hafen alles sofort perfekt in Szene: die Terrasse mit schattigem Essplatz, den ausgedehnten Infinity-Pool (8x4m), die solarbetriebene Außendusche und ein einzigartiger Blick auf den Strand und das Dorf Sivota. Direkt daneben befinden sich ein Esstisch und ein elektrischer Grill, geschützt von einem 100-Jahre alten Olivenbaum. Sonnenliegen laden Sie an den Pool ein. Eine Steintreppe führt vorbei an einem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit durch einen kleinen Olivenhain direkt an den Strand von Sivota zu gehen.
# Erdgeschoss
Vom Eingangsbereich aus erreichen Sie:
Separate Toiletten, das erste Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett (160 x 2,00), ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und haben direkten Zugang zur Terrasse und dem Pool.
Über zwei Treppen erreichen Sie die Zwischenetage oder das Erdgeschoss.
Das helle Wohnzimmer (mit Satelliten-Fernsehen und WLAN) und das Esszimmer laden Sie zu Entspannung ein. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Ein Schlafzimmer mit Queen-Size-Bett und Badezimmer mit Dusche en Suite sowie ein separates WC.
# Garten-Ebene
Ein großes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (90x200), die zu einem Doppelbett (180 x 200) zusammengestellt werden können, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Schreibtisch und einer privaten Terrasse mit Meerblick und Zugang zum Pool oder dem Meer.
Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett (160 x 2,00), ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC.
Ein Haushaltsraum mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett.

Ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten über dem Wohnzimmer.

Just the most beautiful place to stay! Perfect position, you can walk to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, boat hire and of course the sea. Also probably the best service we have ever received whilst on holiday. Absolutely nothing was too much bother, even accompanying one of our party to hospital when they became unwell. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Villa to anyone wanting a magical holiday.

Everything was perfect: location, staff, pool, beds. This was a great house for our 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Lots of great restaurants and little coffee shops. Highly recommend a guided boat trip to take you swimming around Meganisi and the surrounding area.

Villa Amoudia is a beautiful villa in Sivota. We only stayed for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave… we wil definitely go back. The Villa was very clean and neat with everything we needed. The villa is walking distance to all the nice restaurants and shops, and the beach are just in-front. You can swim in the swimming pool and enjoy an amazing view. Barbara was a friendly host who gave us a lot of advice on what to see and do… and the beaches she recommended was well worth a visit and the most beautiful we have ever seen. We had a really nice stay at Villa Amoudia which is a fantastic villa that offers everything you need for some days off in the sun. The kids loved the pool and the sea nearby. The restaurants in Syvota are in walking distance and really nice as well. We did some nice trips on the island as well, lots of other bays nearby. We will definitely come back soon!

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer Super Lage. nur 50 Meter zu Strand und ca. 100 Meter zum Hafen. Es ist Ruhig gelegen, jedoch sind die Nachbarhäuser sehr gut zu hören und je nach Nachbarn kann das die Idylle stören, was in unserem Fall so war. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut un genug Bäder sind ebenfalls vorhanden. 2 der 4 Schlafzimmer liegen jedoch im Keller ohne Aussicht. Zudem würde ich dem Vermieter bessere Matratzen empfehlen. Aber der Pool und die Lage lassen alles vergessen.

Just come back from a week at Villa Amoudia in Sivota. It is located just a few minutes stroll to the shops and tavernas and has wonderful views across the harbour from the pool and terrace. The villa was extremely clean and beautifully presented on arrival which was a lovely surprise and included a generous welcome package. It had everything needed for a really comfortable stay. We loved the villa and will definitely stay there again. We would also highly recommend Villas Thalassa to deal with - nothing seemed too much trouble for them.

Thank you for the lovely weeks we were able to spend in Villa Amoudia. Mema gave us a warm welcome to our holiday home. Luckily we didn't need any further support from her during our stay because everything worked perfectly. The cleaning and pool service was very good. The house is very well equipped incl. a Weber Grill! The view from the infinity pool is gorgeous. There are enough sun beds for the number of people, all excellent. Maybe a second umbrella would be good. Sivota is a lovely little town, two very nice bars, the Liotrivi and the Yacht Bar, where we had our daily breakfast. Also very good food in the several restaurants in Sivota.

Lovely established villa with modern amenities. Great infinity pool but best of all it's twenty seconds from a lovely shingle beach. Within easy walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. Great to watch the yachts motoring by but remember to bring binoculars. Spoiled a bit by some construction work going on up the hill, and also the unannounced workmen who came to do some alterations in the basement flat (part of the villa) one Saturday morning. Otherwise, the villa is perfect for a couple or group of people. Highly recommended.

It’s not usual to find a villa so close to restaurants, bars, supermarket and the sea with such an amazing view. It’s pretty much perfect in my opinion! The villa is very comfortable and clean. Anna was helpful with all enquiries both whilst booking and when we were there. I have a bad back and she very kindly ordered me a new topper for the bed to make it more comfortable for me. Sivota is a besutiful village. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Amoudia. The welcome was efficient and nice, communication with Anna was excellent. The villa was cleam, wel furnished and had all the amenities you could think of. The small quit fishing village a treat. We loved it.

Très propre et parfaitement amènagée. Anna auprès de qui j’ai réservé a été très à l’écoute et très pro. La piscine est bien placée avec juste l’oiveraie la séparant de la mer. Avec sa petite plage de galets. Très proche du village, des tavernes et des bars la villa est très privée et bien protègée dans les oliviers. Merci à l’équipe de Villas thalassa.
