Complementing the main residence is a charming 35 m² pavilion with its own terrace, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and toilet perfect for families seeking additional space and privacy.

The villa is set on a secure, enclosed 4,000 m² property with an automatic gate. Outdoor living is a highlight here, with a stunning 10-meter infinity pool overlooking the sea, complete with deckchairs and umbrellas for relaxing under the sun.
