Diese attraktive Steinvilla befindet sich in sehr privater Lage auf einem Hügel oberhalb von Nidri mit herrlichem Blick über das Meer auf das Festland und die Inseln Madouri, Sparti und Cheloni. Dieser abgelegene Ort ist sowohl für Paare als auch für Familien geeignet. In dem kleinen Weiler Haradiatika, der nur zwei Autominuten entfernt liegt, gibt es zwei traditionelle Tavernen, und in Nidri, das nur wenige Autominuten entfernt liegt, finden Sie alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie sich für Ihren Urlaub wünschen.
Für Strände empfehlen wir die schöne Bucht von Dessimi: Hier gehen die Griechen am Wochenende essen, und es gibt immer wunderbaren frischen Fisch. Die Aussicht auf Meganissi und das kristallklare Meer sind ideal, um ein kleines Boot zu mieten und die zahlreichen Buchten entlang der Küste zu erkunden. Zurück in der Villa Anlys gibt es eine herrliche Pergola zum Essen, die sorgfältig positioniert wurde, um das Beste aus den weitläufigen Aussichten zu machen. Die Kombination aus großer Privatsphäre und leichtem Zugang zu Restaurants, Wassersportmöglichkeiten und Stränden macht diese Villa zu einer sehr attraktiven Wahl.

Incredible property located in the mountains with dynamic views over looking Nydri, an extremely quiet and peaceful location. Just minutes to the beaches, restaurants and night life of Nydri, and Lefkada is just a 25 minute drive away. If you want to just relax and sit by the pool for the day, this is a great alternative as well, as you will enjoy the breeze and views all day from the very private pool with no one in sight, a way to clear your mind and enjoy the sun. The home furnishings were very comfortable, and extremely clean and well kept. The hosts Elena and Asaf were great, and very responsive and helpful when we had a question. This was our first visit to Lefkada, but when we return, we will choose Villa Anlys again. Extremely happy with our choice and highly recommended this home for the serene location and privacy.

We stayed in a wonderful villa in Lefkada. Totally private, with a huge pool. The center of Nidri is 5 minutes away by car. The accommodation is very nice and clean, with a separate bathroom for each room. Elena is very kind and helps with everything. I recommend her to everyone. ☺️

The Villa is very clean, in an amazing position with incredible views, has great space and is very quiet. It's well equipped with everything you need, including towels (both shower and pool), bed linen, hand soap, toilet paper and lots of kitchen utensils. There are also hairdryers should you need them. The fridge is large with an ice making machine. The swimming pool is large and is cleanedregularly. Elena is always available to respond quickly to any questions and provided extra directions to access the villa. You'll need a car if you want to visit Nidri, it's about 10 mins drive away. A couple of bakeries are 5 mins drive away, The closest beach is at Desimi which is about 10 mins drive. You could walk to the local taverna in the village, but it's quite hilly and takes about 20 mins and take a torch for the way back, or drive and park in the car park behind it. Overall I would recommend this villa if you value privacy, peace and quiet and lovely views.
Rental Policies
1. BOOKING DEPOSIT & PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday rental cost must be paid by you in order to secure the reservation. No obligation from the property owner or us will exist until we have received this amount in full. The balance must be paid at least six (6) weeks before your arrival. If the amount is not received by us on the agreed time frame, we are entitled to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
It you wish to cancel your booking, then we shall be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost:
• Cancellation more than 42 days before the arrival date, we keep 2% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 42 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
• The required cost has not been deposited, we have the right to cancel your booking.

3. CANCELLATION OR ALTERATIONS BY US
In the rare occurrence that we might need to make any alterations to already confirmed arrangements -there is a possibility it might happen- we will make sure you are notified at the earliest date possible. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar or better property. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund in full the amount paid to us for the property. Nonetheless, we will not be responsible for any other cancellation charges for travel arrangements for you and/or your party.
4.TAXES AND FEES
**Starting from January 2024 the Greek government has implemented a new climate tax of 15€ per night. This tax is payable on arrival in cash and a receipt will be issued to you within your stay. **
This tax IS NOT included in the daily/weekly rate of the villa.
A refundable security deposit of EUR 300.00 is due.
It accommodates up to 6 guests.
