Welcome to Myrtillo I Luxury Traditional House, a renovated traditional holiday home of 120 sq.m. that can accommodate up to 6 guests, ideal for those seeking comfort, tranquility, and moments of connection with nature!
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a private bathroom (ensuite), while a second bathroom serves the other two rooms. On the ground floor, the bright and welcoming living room invites you to relax and spend quality time with family or friends, while the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals with ease!
The veranda with a view of the enchanting mountainous landscape becomes your favorite spot for breakfast with a view, afternoon coffee, or relaxing moments with a book in hand! The BBQ area promises unique evenings filled with flavors, smiles, and endless conversations under the clear sky! Every corner of the house has been designed with care and love, combining traditional aesthetics with functionality, for a memorable stay!

The location is fabulous, in a typical Greek village located at a distance of approximately 30 minutes from any popular beach. The cleanliness was exemplary and we doesn’t miss nothing for a week of stories. Communication with the host was very easy and we will definitely come back!

Locația a fost excelenta, amplasată la distanță ok fata de cele mai frumoase plaje din Lefkada. Camerele bine întreținute, bucătăria utilată cu tot ce aveam nevoie, afară există și un grătar ceea ce este minunat, iar curățenia de nota 10. Un aspect care pentru noi a contat mult este acela ca atât camerele, cât și bucătăria sunt dotate cu aer condiționat. Maria, doamna care deține proprietatea, a fost foarte drăguța cu noi. Ne-a ajutat cu toate informațiile pe care le-am cerut. Recomand aceasta cazare!

RESERVATIONS
By completing a reservation, guests confirm that they have read and accepted our accommodation, booking, payment, and cancellation policies.
A valid ID card or passport is required upon arrival.
Check-in: 15:00 – 22:00
Check-out: 08:00 – 11:00
CHILDREN
Infants and children under the age of 4 are welcome to stay in their parents’ bed or in a complimentary baby cot. Kindly inform us at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.
For safety reasons, all children must be accompanied and remain under the continuous supervision of an adult throughout their stay.
PAYMENTS
To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total accommodation cost is required.
The remaining balance is payable upon arrival, unless settled in advance.
Payments are accepted in cash or via bank transfer.
All prices include applicable legal taxes, excluding the Climate Resilience Fee.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge, and the deposit will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
SMOKING
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
PETS
Pets are welcome upon prior arrangement.
Additional charges may apply, depending on the size and needs of your pet.
PERSONAL DATA & LIABILITY
All personal data are handled with care and used exclusively by the accommodation, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Guests are kindly requested to take responsibility for the safekeeping of their personal belongings during their stay.
It accommodates up to 6 guests.
