Υπέροχη τοποθεσία, η βίλα νεόδμητη και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα το καλάθι καλωσορίσματος με τοπικά προϊόντα και τοπικό κρασί ,καθώς και κάποια τρόφιμα πρώτης ανάγκης που υπήρχαν στο ψυγείο. Η ιδιωτική παραλία στην οποία έχει η βίλα πρόσβαση υπέροχη με κρυστάλλινα νερά. Η πισίνα καθαρή και το εξωτερικό ντους δίπλα της πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Το σημείο εξαιρετικό και ήσυχο , η θέα υπέροχη . Η Έλενα ήταν διαθέσιμη για ό,τι την χρειαστήκαμε και μας έδωσε όμορφες προτάσεις για φαγητό και παραλίες Το μόνο που θα παρατηρούσα είναι ο πολύ δυνατός φωτισμός που υπάρχει στα υπνοδωμάτια, ίσως πρέπει να γίνει πιο διακριτικός . Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

We had the most dreamy week on Lefkada in late May. There were few people around and the weather was fabulous. The villa was ideally situated with two amazing swimming spots just around the corner. On days we didn’t feel like wandering far it was amazing, as was the pool. Elena was really responsive and generous allowing us a late check out on our last day. The worst part about the trip was leaving! We are already planning our next trip back!

היינו שבוע בווילה היפה הזאת, היה תענוג. הכול בה חדש לגמרי, מבריק מניקיון ומסודר בצורה נוחה מאוד. הנוף יפהפה, והגישה לחוף הים פשוט מושלמת. דקה הליכה ואתם במפרצון מהמם, אולי תפגשו כמה אורחים מהווילה ליד, אבל שקט ונעים מאוד. הילדים עפו על הבריכה, היו שם שעות כל יום. יש בסביבה כמה מסעדות חמודות ופחות מעשר דק נסיעה משם יש חוף מסודר עם טברנה, שמשיות ומיטות. ממליצה בחום

Elena was amazing. Completely helped us out with her beautiful villa literally a few hours before we arrived as we had been let down elsewhere. We were very lucky. Fantastic villa. Beautiful location with a gorgeous beach mins walk away. I can’t fault it. We were met and lead to the villa which was great. Elena’s response time was so quick. She also spent time with us upon check in making sure we knew of the places to eat and beaches to visit and provided a map. Lefkarda is a gem of an island. It’s our second visit and I hope to stay again in the future. Thank you Elena for your amazing hospitality. You are completely a Superhost ! 🙏🏼 Don’t hesitate in booking this villa if you love being right next to the sea and appreciate a beautiful view. 🌅
Rental Policies
1. BOOKING DEPOSIT & PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday rental cost must be paid by you in order to secure the reservation. No obligation from the property owner or us will exist until we have received this amount in full. The balance must be paid at least six (6) weeks before your arrival. If the amount is not received by us on the agreed time frame, we are entitled to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
It you wish to cancel your booking, then we shall be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost:
• Cancellation more than 42 days before the arrival date, we keep 3% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 42 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
• The required cost has not been deposited, we have the right to cancel your booking.

3. CANCELLATION OR ALTERATIONS BY US
In the rare occurrence that we might need to make any alterations to already confirmed arrangements -there is a possibility it might happen- we will make sure you are notified at the earliest date possible. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar or better property. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund in full the amount paid to us for the property. Nonetheless, we will not be responsible for any other cancellation charges for travel arrangements for you and/or your party.
4.TAXES AND FEES
**Starting from January 2024 the Greek government has implemented a new climate tax of 15€ per night. This tax is payable on arrival in cash and a receipt will be issued to you within your stay. **
This tax IS NOT included in the daily/weekly rate of the villa.
It accommodates up to 6 guests.
