The Villa offer a casual yet sophisticated interior design that blends classic traditional Mediterranean style with innovative elements that are fresh and inviting. Each appointment was carefully selected to create a wonderfully timeless mix of antiques, vintage, heirloom and new furniture from around the world. The color pallet of the villas reflects the true colors of Greece-blue, white, sand and creamy yellows-nicely complementing the collection of artwork. The finest quality materials have been used, including granite counters and floors, and Italian tile throughout. Top of the line Bosch appliances fill every corner of the full size kitchens. Luxury imported linens dress the extremely comfortable beds featuring Sealy Posturepedic mattresses. Inviting full size tubs in each bathroom are ready to accommodate you with a long, leisurely soak at the end of each fun filled day.
The interior space is wonderfully happy, with scenic views from every window, and comfortable sofas with pillows and books to read. A full range of modern appliances, dishwasher, microwave, washer, heater/air conditioning as well as the TV, DVD, CD player and stereo are all designed to ensure the comfort and ease of your stay. In the game room you will not only find a place for board games and cards but also a Football table for hours of fun. The Villa has game room on the lower floor which can also double as extra guest room.
Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
Please note:
• A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
• If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.
• An additional 15€/day environmental fee should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.

In dieser wunderschönen Villa haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Die Lage am obersten Dorfrand ist ruhig und weit weg vom Trubel – direkt dahinter beginnt die unberührte, grüne Natur. Von den Zimmern und der Terrasse aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und die umliegenden Inseln. Ein Ort, an dem man wunderbar abschalten und zur Ruhe kommen kann. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Ein Plus waren für uns die gut funktionierenden Klimaanlagen – gerade im heissen August eine Wohltat und für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der wunderschöne Infinity-Pool. Wir haben dort viele Stunden verbracht und die fantastische Aussicht genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die Betreuung durch die Vermietung: Auf Fragen oder Anliegen wurde stets sehr schnell, unkompliziert und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit reagiert. Gut zu wissen: die Zufahrt ist teils über Kieswege. Mit einem normalen PKW gerade machbar.

The villa is gorgeous, comfortable and has all the necessary utilities. The view is magnificent and the pool a delight. Peace, fragrance and beauty. We will definitely come back here.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
It accommodates up to 8 guests.
