This newly built cosy villa is ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids! The villa has one bedroom, one bathroom and 2 extra people can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room (1.90x1.40m when open). The villa also has kitchen, BBQ and private pool (1.60m depth) and is close to the beautiful endless organized beach of Ai Giannis and very close to the historical city center!
WE HAVE 3 IDENTICAL SMALL VILLAS AND WE WILL HOST YOU IN ONE OF THEM, ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY!
Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
Please note:
• A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
• If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.
• An additional 15€/day environmental fee should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Lefkada. Nestled among olive trees, it offers a peaceful and quiet setting, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The pool was a great size, always clean, and the water was warm, making it perfect for both adults and children. The villa itself was beautiful, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a stress-free stay. A special thank you to Bianca, who made our holiday even more memorable. From the very first day, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. She gave us excellent recommendations for the best places to visit, the most authentic restaurants, and was always available whenever we needed anything. Her care and attention really made our holiday brilliant. Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Lefkada!

• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
