We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Cloud 9 and couldn’t recommend this accommodation highly enough, it was just beautiful. From the moment we booked, the service through Villas Thalassa was exceptional. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. Every email we sent was answered almost immediately, with detailed and helpful responses. The team went above and beyond what we expected, offering assistance with everything from car hire recommendations to organising excursions, making the whole planning process effortless. Check-in was great. We were warmly welcomed by the local Villas Thalassa representative, Barbara, who gave us a comprehensive tour of the villa, explained how everything worked, shared recommendations for the local area, and reassured us that we could contact her at any time if we needed anything during our stay. Throughout the week, the communication remained excellent. We were kept informed about housekeeping and any maintenance visits, which was greatly appreciated. There was some nearby construction taking place during our stay, which was completely outside Villa Thalassa’s control, but they did everything they possibly could to minimise any disruption. Their attentiveness and genuine care for our experience really stood out. The villa itself was incredible. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, incredibly well equipped, and had the most breathtaking views. Everything had been thought of, and it truly felt like a luxury home away from home. Check-out was also smooth and well organised. Overall, Villa Thalassa provided an exceptional level of service from start to finish. They made every aspect of our holiday easy and stress free and their attention to detail was excellant. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for luxury accommodation in Lefkada, and we’ll definitely be booking to stay in this stunning villa through them again in the future.

Lovely location - Sivota is a great village - plenty of places to eat and drink and just watch the world go by. There is a small, beautiful, unspoilt cove within walking distance from the villa (recommend trainers/similar for the walk down). Breathtaking views from the villa. Was a struggle to leave!

• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
