Myrtillo II Sea View Villa is a renovated 90 sq.m. holiday home with sea views, which can accommodate up to 5 guests and is an ideal choice for those seeking comfort and relaxation in a peaceful environment. On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms and a shared bathroom, while one of the bedrooms features a private veranda with sea view. On the ground floor, there is an additional bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay at Myrtillo. The villa was nice and equipped with everything we needed, so we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. A very big bonus was the included cleaning service that was perfect. The cleaning lady was very professional and did a wonderful job. The entire villa was so clean and tidy, which made our holiday even more relaxing. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the villa! The location was perfect – peaceful, quiet and surrounded by nature. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace and pool, where we spent most of our mornings and evenings. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to answer questions and give great recommendations about the island. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations. This place truly felt like a private paradise, and we left with so many beautiful memories. We would love to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway on the island!

È stato bellissimo soggiornare in un angolo di paradiso! Myrtillo II ha tutto quello che serve per una vacanza confortevole e rilassante: la casa è curata nei minimi particolari, la vista è spettacolare e la piccola piscina è il dettaglio che rende tutto il resto ancora più perfetto! Il borgo è tranquillissimo e a due passi c’è una taverna tipica, bar e market. Maria è stata molto disponibile, anche quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di supporto per un problema con la nostra auto che poi abbiamo risolto! Per noi è stata una vacanza davvero perfetta!

The apartment is just as amazing as it looks in the pictures and even more. The city center and the beautiful beaches are a short drive away. Maria the host is willing to help and did everything to make sure we had a perfect vacation and had everything we needed, including allowing us to check-in early and check-out late and much more. The view from the apartment is amazing. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation at a high standard, the apartment is highly recommended.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RESERVATIONS
By completing a reservation, guests confirm that they have read and accepted our accommodation, booking, payment, and cancellation policies.
A valid ID card or passport is required upon arrival.
Check-in: 15:00 – 22:00
Check-out: 08:00 – 11:00
CHILDREN
Infants and children under the age of 4 are welcome to stay in their parents’ bed or in a complimentary baby cot. Kindly inform us at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.
For safety reasons, all children must be accompanied and remain under the continuous supervision of an adult throughout their stay.
PAYMENTS
To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total accommodation cost is required.
The remaining balance is payable upon arrival, unless settled in advance.
Payments are accepted in cash or via bank transfer.
All prices include applicable legal taxes, excluding the Climate Resilience Fee.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge, and the deposit will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
SMOKING
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
PETS
Pets are welcome upon prior arrangement.
Additional charges may apply, depending on the size and needs of your pet.
PERSONAL DATA & LIABILITY
All personal data are handled with care and used exclusively by the accommodation, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Guests are kindly requested to take responsibility for the safekeeping of their personal belongings during their stay.
