RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Minimum stay: 5 nights.
Maximum occupancy: 4 adults + 1 child (sofa bed).
No smoking on the premises.
No pets allowed.
No parties or events without prior written approval.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay.
Any damages or losses caused during the stay may be charged accordingly.
The owner or property manager reserves the right to access the villa for maintenance or emergencies, respecting guest privacy.
Guests must comply with local laws and respect designated quiet hours.
PAYMENT TERMS
A 30% deposit is required to secure and confirm the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid 10 days prior to arrival by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.
All payments are non-transferable.
HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES
The villa is delivered clean and fully prepared.
Housekeeping is provided once per week.
Additional services such as babysitting or airport transfers are available upon request and at extra cost.
