Each one-bedroom apartment accommodates a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Our complex of 14 apartments, located on the east coast of the island, right by the water. The property features a shared public area with amenities accessible to all guests. There are 11 one-bedroom apartments spread across different levels of the building.
Each apartment includes:
1 double bedroom
1 bathroom with a shower
Living room with a sofa bed (double)
Open-plan kitchen and living area leading to a balcony or terrace with sea views, table, and chairs
All apartments are fully furnished and air-conditioned throughout. Kitchens come equipped with a stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, and all essentials needed to prepare meals.
Free parking is available subject to availability.
Shared facilities include a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.
The property also offers a communal deck area with an outdoor jacuzzi, sun loungers, and parasols. Guests enjoy private beach access to the Ionian Sea.
Nearby conveniences include a coffee shop, bakery, mini-market, and pharmacy within a 2-minute walk in Perigiali.
