The brand new Villa offers 80 m² of contemporary living in a private, natural setting that feels just like home in absolute privacy.
Villa Sassi features two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms,
a spacious living area with a Smart TV and Bluetooth speakers, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fully automatic coffee machine, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a sink with a germ filter faucet for worry-free tap water.
Outdoor seating areas, both shaded and unshaded, inspire barbecues, meals, games, or simply socializing.
An outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ grill and washing machine is also available.
Sun loungers around the 10-meter lap infinity pool invite you to exercise or simply relax. A Jacuzzi area in the pool will energize you for your dream excursions around or across the island's mountainous landscape.

At the end of August, my family spent 10 days in this wonderful villa. The views were stunning, and the villa offered peace, calm and, most importantly for us, privacy. The house is beautifully furnished and very comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need. We spent a great deal of time outdoors, thanks to the lovely swimming pool, the inviting terrace and the comfortable sun loungers. Everything is nearby: lovely harbours, beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Sabine and Sigi are very kind hosts; they were very flexible regarding our arrival and departure times. Thank you also for the welcome gifts (chilled water, orange juice, wine and fruit) and for letting us stay here!!

Tornato oggi a roma dopo aver passato 10 giorni in questa villa meravigliosa in questo posto eccezionale e con i proprietari signora sabine e signor sigi a dir poco fantastici.La villa completa di tutti gli accessori di cui hai bisogno per passare una vacanza senza nessun pensiero, devi portare solo il costume e le ciabatte al resto ci pensa la sig.ra sabine di una perfezione a dir poco maniacale.Per non parlare di suo marito sig.sigi, ci ha accolti come fossimo amici da tanti anni, veramente 2 meravigliose persone. 5 stelle non bastano, né servono ancora altre 5000. un grande abbraccio e già mi mancate.
