Villa Rubini is a two storey stone-built villa with a breathtaking view. Taking care of every single detail and keeping the same style throughout, it's in perfect harmony with the beauty of its natural environment.
Located in a quiet place, this vacation rental is just five minutes from the city of Lefkada. Having a private pool and being close enough to the sea gives options to the guests. Villa Rubini is located in Apolpena, a village 5 minutes from Lefkada town and the beaches of Agios Ioannis, Miloi and Gyra. It is built with stone and wood on a traditional but also modern style. It has a private swimming pool with exceptional view and a vegetable garden where you can find fresh fruits and vegetables for your salads. It has a big BBQ and a traditional wood oven.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
Please note:
• A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
• If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.
• An additional 15€/day environmental fee should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.

We could not have loved Villa Rubini more! What a magnificent villa, everything about it is quality and comfort. The road up the hill is steep with a few hairpin bends which all added to the adventure and worth it for the wonderful view! The villa is well equipped with everything you need and well located for exploring the island. We spent many glorious hours around the beautiful swimming pool gazing at the view from the top of the hill. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The communication with Lefkada Rentals was prompt and they were so helpful with anything we needed, including a late checkout. Thank you for hosting us.

An excellent venue overlooking Lefkada Town. The road up is full of switchbacks but the view is amazing. The pool and gardens face the rising sun great for breakfast and early morning swims. Evening watching the twinkling lights in Lefkada town over dinner similarly amazing. Well looked after and very clean.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Het huis was voorzien van alle gemakken, netjes schoon en lekker koel. Keurig en tijdig schoongemaakt. Fantastisch uitzicht! Wel aardig wat zwerfkatten bij het verblijf, de ene zal dit geweldig vinden, wij houden hier niet zo van maar niet teveel aandacht geven en dan heb je er niet echt overlast van. Wij hebben genoten, bedankt!

Villa Rubini is a wonderful villa with the most incredible views! The villa is well equipped and clean and everything you would want in a home away from home. It was wonderful to swim in the pool each day whilst enjoying the fantastic view! The garden was very pretty and we were able to pick fresh limes straight from the tree! The owner was discreet and kind and the rental company (Lefkada Rentals) was excellent and extremely helpful when our daughter needed to attend A and E due to a skin allergy. We would highly recommend this villa!

The stay at Villa Rubini was absolutely fabulous. We all loved the place, the view(the view!!), the cleaningness and everything. Anna, the host, was super friendly and supportive. Top marks. If anything one downside of this location is that on a very beautiful island like Lefkada you tend to spend more time partying in the pool, watching the view than going to the beaches :) Looking forward to come back.

Our family enjoyed the most wonderful time at Villa Rubini. It was the perfect stay - fabulous views, lovely pool and the quality of the villa and it’s facilities were just amazing. We enjoyed picking the peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and aubergines from the garden which we cooked on the charcoal bbq and even cooked homemade pizza in the wood fire oven! Thank you to everyone who made our holiday special - Lefkada Holiday Rentals were so helpful throughout our stay and the owner was so lovely. We shall be back !

We had the best time at Villa Rubini. It made our vacation in the Lefkada Island even more amazing. The villa has every commodity you need, a nice pool, BBQ, stone oven, a big garden where you can take fresh fruits and vegetables every time you desire and the view is exceptional. Das Haus ist groß, geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. 5 Personen haben bequem Platz. Toll sind die gepflegten Außenanlage mit Pool, Grill, Terrasse und Liegen. Mit einem Mietwagen ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt. Anna war jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen und Problemen... Alles was wir bräuchten war da.

The villa is in an amazing spot with breathtaking view and only 5 minutes from the city of Lefkada! I think is the ideal place to enjoy your vacations and relax! My family really enjoyed it because we had the privacy we wanted but we were also really close to the city, so my son could enjoy all the activities were taking place in the center of the city!
