- Rear Guest Wing

At the quieter rear side of the villa, a comfortable double bedroom and a flexible guest room are arranged around a beautifully designed shared bathroom. Both rooms enjoy direct access to a sheltered outdoor courtyard, thoughtfully arranged with comfortable seating for moments of peace and relaxation.

The double bedroom can also accommodate an additional portable bed when required.

- Flexible Fourth Bedroom

The fourth bedroom includes bunk beds and a pull-out sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. While ideal for children, the room can also be used as a relaxed sleeping space for teenagers or additional guests.

It opens onto the sheltered courtyard, offering a cozy seating area for reading or enjoying a quiet moment.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

Please note:
• A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
• If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.
• An additional 15€/day environmental fee should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.
