Villa Fyki si trova nella meravigliosa e pittoresca baia di Sivota, a Lefkada. Questa villa contemporanea offre il lusso e il comfort di cui hai bisogno durante le tue vacanze per goderti Lefkada e rilassarti .
Villa Fyki è una delle quattro ville del nostro complex ed ha un'architettura unica. Ogni villa è stata scolpita nella montagna e costruita rispettando l'ambiente.
Villa Fyki è una villa con due camere da letto: può ospitare fino a 6 persone con comfort. 2 persone in ogni camera da letto e 2 persone extra nel divano letto della zona soggiorno. Ogni camera ha un bagno privato con doccia.
La villa ha un soggiorno spazioso e confortevole, con una cucina completamente attrezzata a pianta aperta e una zona pranzo dove potrete gustare un pasto con i vostri cari. Il soggiorno offre una splendida vista panoramica sulla piscina e sul mare, grazie alle sue grandi porte finestre.
Dalla zona del soggiorno si accede facilmente alla piscina, all'area esterna e alla pergola che diventerà di sicuro il vostro posto preferito grazie all'ombra che offre e all' l'infinita vista sul mare Ionio.
Il modo in cui sono costruite le ville vi farà sentire come se vi libraste sopra il mare Ionio, lasciandovi stupiti dalla vista mozzafiato!
Dopo una lunga giornata passata in spiaggia o alla scoperta dell isola di Lefkada, non c'è niente di più rinfrescante che tornare al comfort della vostra villa. L'atmosfera invitante di questa nuovissima villa è stata pensata per lasciare un ricordo indelebile nella mente di tutti i nostri ospiti, i loro familiari e i loro amici!
La piscina infinity vi aspetta per un tuffo rinfrescante, di giorno o di notte. Ciò che sicuramente vi colpirà sarà la parte poco profonda all'inizio della piscina, dove gli adulti possono rilassarsi e anche i bambini, possono facilmente giocare in tutta sicurezza.
La villa si trova in una posizione ottima per chi vuole un po' di privacy per rilassarsi, ma al tempo stesso è ad un passo dalla baia di Sivota dove potete trovare café, ristoranti, minimarkets. Sivota e’ una baia fantastica per l’ormeggio degli yatch.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Fyki, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this is no ordinary villa — it is an exceptional property in every sense of the word. The villa itself is modern and beautifully designed, blending stylish contemporary interiors with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully appointed. The amenities were excellent — everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay was provided, and the quality throughout was impressive. But it is the view that will stay with us long after we have returned home. We have stayed in many beautiful places, but the panorama from Villa Fyki is simply breathtaking. Whether you are sitting on the terrace with your morning coffee or watching the sun dip below the horizon in the evening, the scenery is nothing short of stunning. Lefkada is a jewel of the Ionian, and Villa Fyki sits in one of its most privileged positions.

Wonderful accommodation with an amazing view, that you cant get tired of. Villa has everything for a comfortbale stay with family or friends. At home massage by Mrs Irene is a must too! It can be organised once you are on site. Sivota village is tiny but has great restaurants.

Wir waren zu viert in einer der wunderschönen Blue Caves Villen und wussten schon direkt beim Betreten: wir werden wiederkommen. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend schön, die Lage ein Unikat, verträumt und privat - unsere Woche verging wie im Flug. Klare Empfehlung für jeden der sich am Meer und der Natur Lefkadas nicht sattsehen kann.

The villa is very modern, clean with a beautiful infinity swimming pool overlooking the sea. We felt right at home. The property is also in a very good location close to Sivota Bay. Darija and Anna at Lefkada Rentals were very efficient and promptly replied to any of our questions during the booking process The owner was also very easy to contact during our stay. We most definitely recommend this villa to others. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer.

Villa Fyki was absolutely amazing, even better than the photographs. The beds were so comfy, the showers fantastic. The infinity pool is the best we have ever had with the most stunning views out to sea. The owner Kostos was very welcoming and there was a fabulous huge bowl of fruit, wine and honey for us on arrival. Just perfect
