Our wonderful Villa is a stone-made located just a short distance away from the unique, for its sunset, beach of Agios Giannis. The villa is surrounded by olive trees that are over a century old, pines, lemon and orange trees.

With a lot of taste and personal inspiration, paying special attention even to the smallest detail, the owners of the villa created a secluded place for serenity and communication with nature, a unique environment for relaxation and aesthetic enjoyment!

The house is a ground floor villa of 120 m² total floor area with 20 m² of terrace space that extends out of the living room. It has two bedrooms with refined and high quality furniture, each with its own bathroom and digital television. The dining room which has views to the swimming-pool is linked to a tasteful and fully equipped kitchen which, in turn, is separated from the living room by a stunning wooden partition, a distinctive element of Lefkadian architecture.

Further along, one can find the living room of the villa which features two couches, one of which has three seats and extends to form a king size bed, an armchair and a large stool. There is also a 32 inch digital TV with subscriber TV and DVD player.

Large glass doors lead the way out to what feels like a continuation of the house, a terrace with swimming pool views where one can find a big wrought-iron dining table with seating for 6-8 persons.

The outdoor areas offer total calmness and connection with nature. Total land dimension is c. 2acres, all covered with green lawn, a well-organised garden with flowers, olive, pine, lemon & orange trees. Blended with the green garden in a kids playground with 2 swings and a slide. A shaded area with bbq, woodburning oven and dining seating is set at the side of the garden, with pool views.

Our villa is family-friendly as we offer quite a few facilities for our young friends! Free wifi, subscriber TV, 2 mountain bikes offered for free.

Rates are for a total of 4 persons while a small additional charge applies for more than 4 guests (children) and up to 7 in total.
