Marine Villa is an exclusive villa with private sea access, an ode to coastal elegance: an infinity pool that visually merges with the Ionian Sea, natural materials in warm tones, and generous glass openings that dissolve the boundary between indoors and outdoors. Here, architecture does not compete with nature—it frames it with intention.
Morning light fills this seafront villa with a soft Mediterranean glow, revealing calm horizons and uninterrupted views of deep Ionian blue. Whether you slip into the pool or relax on the terrace, the sea feels present in every moment, shaping the rhythm of your stay.
Guided by a philosophy of less noise, more essence, Marine Villa offers an atmosphere of refined simplicity—luxury that feels effortless, natural, and quietly sophisticated. It is a place where time slows, senses reset, and living becomes beautifully uncomplicated.
Marine Villa is your private seafront retreat on the Ionian coast—crafted for stillness, clarity, and the understated pleasure of being truly yourself by the sea.

A fantastic villa in a beautifully quiet location with stunning views. Steps down to a private patio area with steps into the sea. Lovely gardens and bbq area.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely unforgettable. The luxurious accommodations were only surpassed by the stunning views of the sea, which we could enjoy from almost every room. The private pool provided a perfect place to relax and unwind, while the direct access to the sea allowed us to explore the beautiful coastline at our leisure. The villa was immaculately clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, making it a true home away from home. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Marine Villa is truly fabulous! I have travelled widely and can say that the views from the terrace are world class. We had a wonderful time and felt so well supported by the owner and her friendly assistants. I cannot recommend this villa more strongly.

What can I say besides, heaven! Yes, it's a long drive and bumpy on last meters but worth every cent and minute to get there. In house, there was anything we needed, perfect view from the leaving room, very clean place and comfortable. The swimming pool and the balcony were the place we spent most of our times and we didn't feel we need to go anywhere else. But on top of all this, the host welcoming and mindfulness were amazing. I don't recommend you to go there.. I urge you to do so!.. If not, good as well.. more time for us!
