#Access:
The villa is located 2km from the centre of Sivota, Lefkada. Please note that the drive is a little uphill and some parts are non-paved.

Beautiful new villa with breathtaking views. The photos just don’t do this place justice. Sunshine all day with great shade when you need it and a lovely pool. The villa is brand new, with lovely interior design and all the amenities you need. Super easy check in and check out and Elena is a wonderful communicative host. You need a car as although you could walk down to sivota (which is beautiful and has lots of lovely restaurants and a marina) like many places on the island it is very steep, and access is a little narrow and unpaved in places but don’t let that put you off - the views and the beautiful villa are absolutely worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Astro and can fully recommend the accommodation. We would like to especially highlight Elena as the host. She was always very friendly, helpful and accommodating. She always responded incredibly quickly to messages and was immediately available if we had any questions or concerns. The property itself is fantastic. The pool was one of the absolute highlights for us, and the view over the countryside to the sea is simply spectacular. The house is new, modern, very well maintained, excellently equipped and offers a lot of privacy. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality and comfort here. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would come back any time.

We had a lovely stay at the villa, very good bedding, everything is modern and clean, the decoration is very tasteful. But above all … the view is breathtaking! The pool is perfect to enjoy as it should be. Elena is responsive and very professional. A little tip: Take a sturdy car, access is a little chaotic!
Rental Policies
1.BOOKING DEPOSIT & PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday rental cost must be paid by you in order to secure the reservation. No obligation from the property owner or us will exist until we have received this amount in full. The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival or at least six (6) weeks before your arrival. If the amount is not received by us on the agreed time frame, we are entitled to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
2.CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your booking, then we shall be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost:
• Cancellation more than 42 days before the arrival date, we keep 3% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 42 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
• The required cost has not been deposited, we have the right to cancel your booking.

3. CANCELLATION OR ALTERATIONS BY US
In the rare occurrence that we might need to make any alterations to already confirmed arrangements -there is a possibility it might happen- we will make sure you are notified at the earliest date possible. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar or better property. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund in full the amount paid to us for the property. Nonetheless, we will not be responsible for any other cancellation charges for travel arrangements for you and/or your party.
4.TAXES AND FEES
**Starting from January 2024 the Greek government has implemented a new climate tax of 15€ per night. This tax is payable on arrival in cash and a receipt will be issued to you within your stay. **
This tax IS NOT included in the daily/weekly rate of the villa.
It accommodates up to 5 guests.
