"AGIOS NIKITAS NATURE VILLAS" are distant only 600 m from the village, connected with a municipal asphalt road and dominating the entire gulf of Agios Nikitas with breathtaking views, surrounded by the unspoiled nature of native species.

Accommodation (100m²)
Pool level: Entering the villa, the main entrance level has an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area has a fire-place and French windows that open onto a wide canopy balcony to the sea views. The dining area has French windows open onto the large swimming pool terrace. Next to the kitchen are the stairs leading up to the attic and down to the bedrooms. There is also one bathroom with shower in common use for this floor and the attic.
Bedroom level: A staircase ends down to one double bedroom, with en-suite spacious bathroom, leading to big open terrace and one twin bedded room, leading to the same open terrace, next to another bathroom with shower.
Attic level: From the ground floor staircase leading up to the attic, as a third bedroom with two single beds.
Outside
An asphalt drive leads up from the village of Agios Nikitas to the villas Spiaggia Dorata, Vista Splendida, Mare Magico and Acqua Azzurra. Situated on two different levels, natural stone walls, olive and cypress trees, shrubs, thymes, sages and climbers surround each villa to create privacy.
The villa has its own parking space, private swimming pool with patio and furniture.
The large patio has patio furniture and a BBQ.
Villa Mare Magico sits on the higher level out of the two. It has uninterrupted sea views and the pool and a shady umbrella to sit under and relax enjoying fresh coffee with breakfast whilst overlooking this view, and listening to the birds of prey "mewing" in the background above the hills. Is perfect! At lunchtime a refreshing cool breeze arrives and dies down just as the sun is about to set.

Rental Policies
Unless stated otherwise in the Booking Confirmation, the payment policy is as follows:
Advance Payment: 20% of the total reservation price is due within 3 days of receiving the booking confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable after March 1st each year.
Balance Payment: The remaining 80% is due 15 days prior to arrival and is strictly non-refundable.
-Minimum stay one week or upon availability.
-Prices are in euros per week including all taxes, cleaning and linen (once a week, in the changeover day), pool cleaning, gardening, and -Wi-Fi internet.
-One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib.
-One older child or adult can sleep on the sofa.
-The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.
-Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the management.
-Electricity is free up to 80 kWh / week. More than 80 kWh, the cost is 0.45 Euros / kWh.
-Extra cleaning and linen is upon request.
-Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during the stay.
Pets are allowed on request with a 50 euros extra charge.
It accommodates up to 6 guests.
