Each of the 2 villas spreads in 3 levels with an area of 85 m2 and it is ideal for companies, friendly couples as well as for families.
At the level floor the guest can find the living room and the traditional stone fire place as well as the stairs that lead to the other villa floors.
At the semi – floor the guest can find the 2 bedrooms oriented opposite to each other. First, the master – bedroom with a queen –size bed, an en- suite bathroom with a bathtub as well as the open bedroom hides behind curtains also equipped with a queen size bed (can be turned into 2 single beds for children) and a shower/wc.
Finally down at the cellar the kitchen area is placed together with a sofa bed that turns into 2 single beds (for younger children or youth).

Our villa is located by the mountain municipality of Sfakiotes. Sfakiotes are consisted of numerous small traditional villages,( Karya, Spanohori, Lazarata, Asprogerakata etc), that you can visit them and taste local dishes, buy some of karya's famous handmade linens, explore the mountain slopes and deep gorges, as well as transfer yourselves to glamorous spots of the island within 15 minutes of driving. i.e you are in the heart of the island.
the ideal of the location gives you the chance to relax escaping from routine day to day job, and at the same time you can be at any spot of the island to have great fun.
