This summer have a family vacation in a sunny beachfront spacious apartment of 118m² and enjoy the summer like never before.
This bright beachfront 1st floor apartment offers a stunning sea view from the 2 of the 3 bedrooms, the living room area and from its wide balcony. You can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner with your family by gazing at the sea and by going a few steps down to relax at the wonderful beach. This beach is ideal for family with kids as the waters are shallow and calm and the sand(not fine sand)is ideal for kids playing. It also has its own pontoon.
The interior of the house will make you feel at ease, right away and offers plenty of space for up to 9 people.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room (in one of the couches 2 extra people can sleep there) with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms, one bedroom with 3 single beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. The house also has one big bathroom and one WC.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.

Our late September holiday in Lefkada was a great success mainly due to our stay at Perigiali Apartment. The property was spacious enough for our family of five. It was very clean and tidy and the kitchen was fully equipped to meet our needs. The staff that handled our booking was very kind, efficient and fast in their response. The owner was mostly welcoming and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. There is a small mini market within walking distance from the house for basic supplies and grocery shopping. There is also parking space available right across the street from the house. Still, the most wonderful feature of the house is the unblocked breathtaking view of the east coast of Lefkada overlooking the small islands of Sparti, Scorpios and Meganisi. If you want to go for a swim, the sea is literally few steps away. The beach is not very large but it is almost private. There are sunbeds and a small outdoor shower available at all times. This place is a great option for anyone (large families included) appreciating true vicinity to the sea along with comfortable accommodation and great view.

Wow!! The photos don’t do this justice. A view you could never get sick of, swimming in crystal clear water on what is basically your own private beach, large area to sunbathe & a decent sized balcony to enjoy off the spacious apartment. Air conditioning throughout which was a life saver! Clean & well kept property, will definitely return. Lefkada is beautiful as well. Thank you for an amazing holiday!!

We had a wonderful stay in Perigiali! We were 2 families (4 adults and 3 children). It is realy beautiful and pleasant location. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Private beach and the view from the balcony is amazing. We recommend rent a car or boat and make trips to the most beautiful beaches on Lefkada. We loved our time there and would go back tomorrow if we could. Anna was a very nice host and the contact with her was without any problem. We enjoyed our stay on Lefkada! Thanks!

It is a perfect place to stay with your family. It is right on the beach. The water is shallow and good for kids. The host was very kind to us and gave us many recommendations of what-to-do in Lefkada.

We have spent with our 3 children a fabulous week. We were meet from our host at the arrival to explain us everything. The house is amazing and beautiful with all the details that you could imagine .
