Our modern fully-equipped house is located on the west side of the historical center of the city of Lefkada, next to the lagoon on number 7, Kontari street. It is accessed by car. There is free parking in the municipal parking area, about 150 m. away.
As soon as you take a walk in these beautiful picturesque alleys, you will immediately fall in love and be amazed by this lovely neighborhood!
The 90 sq .m. air- conditioned house , features street view and a cοsy courtyard. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom with walking- in shower, washing machine and hair dryer, a spacious sitting with a 50 inch Smart TV to relax, a dining area and an open plan fully equipped kitchen with inductiοn hobs, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter and espresso coffee machine.
Near by the house lies the beach of Kastro, (a walking distance of 15 min) and further the beaches of Gyra, Miloi and Ai Giannis (accessed by car).
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRICES MENTIONED ARE ONLY FOR 4 PEOPLE. THE HOUSE CAPACITY IS FOR 6 PEOPLE AS 2 EXTRA PEOPLE CAN SLEEP IN THE SOFA BED. FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON THE COST PER DAY IS 15 EURO!!!

20% initial deposit in order to confirm the booking.
