Homer sagte in der Odyssee das Odysseus nach Sivota kam, bevor er nach seiner langen Reise in sein Königreich Ithaka heimkehrte. Eine Legende? In der Tat ist es sehr schwer dem Charme dieses friedvollen Hafens nicht zu erliegen. Die Gastfreundschaft der Griechen und das gute Essen machen diesen Ort zu einem kleinen Paradies.
Über eine kleine Straße erreichen Sie von der Villa Koumaria aus den Hafen in nur wenigen Minuten. Umgeben von Olivenbäumen haben Sie einen großartigen Blick über das Meer und die mystische Insel Ithaka.
Die moderne, luxuriöse Villa bietet Platz für Familien oder Freunde (9 Personen) die gerne einen angemessenen Service (Reinigungsservice 2x wöchentlich) genießen. Sie können entweder die Ruhe und den Frieden dieses Platzes genießen oder diverse sportliche Aktivitäten wie Segeln, Windsurfen, Quad-fahren oder Mountainbiking unternehmen. Die Lage der Villa ist ideal. Teenager werden auch sehr zufrieden sein: Freiheit und Sicherheit sind garantiert.
Die Villa Koumaria bietet mit seinen 4 Schlafzimmern (3 Schlafzimmer mit Bad en Suite) Platz für 9 Personen.
# Außenbereich
Eine große, weiße Steinterrasse umgibt den Pool und eine Außendusche. Um die gesamte Terrasse herum gibt es üppige Blumenbeete. Wer möchte, kann im Schatten eines Olivenbaum seine Ruhe oder auch einen Aperitif am Abend genießen.
Am Haus befindet sich, unter einer Pergola, der große Holz-Esstisch und der Holzkohlegrill.
# Erdgeschoß
Das Design des Haus verbindet durch viele große Fenster und Fenstertüren den Innen- und Außenbereich geradezu ideal. Sie werden den Eindruck gewinnen am Meer und im Garten zu sein. Das Haus bietet Satellitenfernsehen, DVD-Player und Internet-WLAN sowie eine offene, vollausgestattete Küche mit Bar und Barhockern.
Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Betten (180 x 200), jedes mit eigenem WC, eines mit Bad en Suite und das andere mit Dusche.
Eine Gästetoilette befindet sich in der Nähe von Wohnzimmer und Küche.

Ein großzügiger, offener Raum mit 3 Einzelbetten (90 x 200) – ideal für Kinder.
# Untergeschoß
Separate Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett.
# Separierte Terrasse
Wie eine Zuflucht inmitten von Bougainvillea, Lavendel, Lorbeerbüschen und Rosen liegt die kleine Terrasse nahe dem Haus, ist aber vor eventuellen Geräuschen vom Pool und der Terrasse geschützt und bietet sich ideal für ein Nickerchen an.
# Anfahrt
Die Villa Koumaria befindet sich 2,5 km außerhalb von Sivota und seinen Tavernen und Geschäften. Mit dem Auto brauchen Sie 4 Minuten und zu Fuß 15 Minuten bis nach Sivota.
Wir weisen darauf hin, dass die letzten 100m der Strecke zum Haus nicht asphaltiert sind.

Really nice villa with lovely views and a great outdoor space for the whole family. The villa was serviced thoroughly three times during our two week stay. Barbara was the best villa manager we have ever dealt with in over 30 years of villa holidays!!

Stunning villa with an amazing view, in a great location. Barbara who met us and did our welcome was incredibly helpful. You really need a car to get to the local harbour, but it has some great friendly restaurants, bakeries and some nice shops and a nice buzz (even in October!). We walked to the secret beach - but would only recommend this for the fit and able! Please note it’s a rough track not a road to the villa, but we managed it fine. Highly recommend the villa and company. Thank you to Barbara and the booking team. We will be booking again and returning to the area soon. X

My husband and I spent a week at lovely KouMaria. We highly recommend this lovely villa and its infinity pool, which looks out over the Greek mountains. The road to the villa isn't for the faint-hearted, but it is worth the drive. The staff was lovely and responsive!

Breath taking views and tranquility are the highlight of this lovely villa. It is towards the end of an unmade single track road which takes about 25 mins to walk down into Sivota. The villa has everything you need for your stay. Barbara was brilliant. Private Comment Amazing villa in the best location. Nice clean Villa in Sivota - The Valley of Philippe :-) Large swimming pool/terras. Beautiful view !!! Even inside the Villa !!! Large interieur with all the comfort/tools you need for a long .. long visit at Lefkada. Stayed at Lefkada for many times already, this Villa Koumaria gets an A+ from us. A beautiful modern villa on the hill with a stunning view across to the islands. Light and airy inside, the villa is well laid out with very comfortable beds. The infinity pool is a great size, big enough for lengths.

Die Villa ist etwas ausserhalb von Sivota gelegen und somit sehr ruhig mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Die Anlage ist am Hang gelegen und von anderen Villen nicht einsehbar. Es gibt 2 absolut gleichwertige Doppelzimmer und eine Einliegerwohnung im unteren Bereich sowie 3 Einzelbetten im Dachgeschoss. Es ist alles sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Man ist jedoch auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen und der Schotterweg macht die Sache auch nicht besser. Der Vorteil davon ist jedoch wenig Verkehr und die Fahrzeuge fahren sehr langsam an die Villen heran. Besonders hat uns der Kontakt mit Mema gefallen, die uns super freundlich empfangen und betreut hat.

We had a lovely stay at villa koumaria last week and we stayed for 9 days which was perfect. Mema was really helpful and easily contactable. The views were absolutely amazing, the kids loved the pool and it was very well equipped. The beaches are fabulous. Amoussa beach was the best one we found, get there by 10.20 to get a sunbed. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.

Super vacances en famille pour notre deuxieme sejour à la villa koumaria. Nous sommes toujours aussi admiratifs devant la beauté des paysages parfaitement mis en valeur par la piscine à debordement et les jardins en terrasses. Merci à Tasos pour son acceuil et sa réactivité . Nous pensons déjà à un prochain séjour !!!!

• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
It accommodates up to 8 guests.
