The luxury house is a 2-bed/2 bath villa, totally private with its own private infinity swimming pool, its own garden area, with stunning sea views! It is located uphill, c. 600m above Perigiali village (hence the great views), surrounded by nature. They are just 10 mins walk downhill to the seafront (double the time to get back up) and just about 1km away from cosmopolitan Nydri where one may find all kinds of amenities the island has to offer (watersports, boat excursions, ferry, restaurants, cafes, nightlife, supermarket, shops etc.)

Rates are for occupancy of up to 4 guests. For additional guests (up to 6 in total), there is a small charge of euro 20 per night per guest.
