Lefkada-Rentals is seeking for a Villa Representative for seasonal employment (April-October) that will be the face of the company on place. The one who will be responsible to welcome and guide the guests and to ensure to fulfill their requests so as to help them explore the island and create memories that will last for a lifetime.

Responsibilities:

• Check-ins and check-outs at villas
• Pre-arrival villa inspection
• Promotion of extra services to the guests
• Collaboration with the property manager & cleaning & maintenance persons

• Fluency in English. More languages will be considered a plus
• Driving license
• Good communication & promotion skills

Lefkada-Rentals is looking for a reliable and trustworthy person to take the post of the Reservation Manager and meet the requirements of this demanding position. A collaborate that will help with her/his ideas and organization skills to develop our efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Reservations response and management
• Communication with clients via email, phone and in person
• Coordination of guests requests and travel services
• Management, organization and supervision of the members of his team
• Analysis and preparation of reports
• Managing budgets

• Proven experience in reservations, channels, booking systems
• Fluency in Greek & English. More languages will be considered a plus
• Good knowledge of computers, internet, emails
• Back office skills, knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) is an advantage
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with strong attention to details
• Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset
• Reliable & consistent with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Strong ability to work independently
