CHARGE POLICY
Prices per night are valid for up to four (4) guests.
Every extra guest, except children under ten (10) years, is charged with a €10 fee.
Prices include:
Cleaning of the house before the arrival.
Linens and towels changed twice (2) a week.
Cleaning of the house twice (2) a week. The kitchen is not included.
Cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool twice (2) a week.
Pool-cleaning and maintenance twice (2) a week.
Discounts are made in case of early bookings and / or long-term stays.
PAYMENT POLICY
An advance payment equal to 30% of the rental rate is required at the reservation.
Payment of the remaining 20% is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival date.
Payment of the remaining 50% is required upon arrival time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations at least sixty (60) days prior to your scheduled arrival date there is no charge and you will get a complete deposit refund.
For cancellations between sixty (60) and thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we keep the deposit.
